I ordered a combo with an order of three extra biscuits and they didn't give me my biscuits. It's the second time that happens. And I can't even call to tell them so I keep missing out. Their phone number is always off the hook or busy. I'm always missing my gravy or some other items. It's not hard to check an order before sending it out.

Went to eat during lunch, ordered a 2 piece with a biscuit and a jalapeño. I also got an order of jalapeño poppers, they were fresh and spicy . The staff was nice and the restaurant was pretty well kept. It’s right in the center of town so it’s perfect.

I placed an online order @ 1230 on Sunday for pick up at 1:30. I arrived to Church's at 1 35. Nothing was ready & the woman at register says " we just recieved order 15 min ago. I said "so is it ready" She started to give me excuses as to why it was not ready. I stood there for 5 minutes before she said " I guess I'll make more chicken. I told her I had already paid on line so YES I wanted it"They continued to fill other orders while I waited. Chicken was finally made & order filled at 2:00. Chicken frying was cut short to where crust was light instead of drak crust. Fries were also rushed and not toasty. I will not return..

Just went through the drive thru today and ordered my food. The guy at the window has absolutely no customer service very friendly. My food was very stale and cold I will be contacting corporate there's no need to even attempt to let management know when they all make excuses for the poor service. Very disappointed no one wants to spend their hard earned money on garbage do better churches.
