We were only in town to catch a movie at the drive-in, but the grandkids wanted pizza. We walked in and were treated with so much respect and all the workers seemed happy to be working there and together. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the staff didn't ger frazzled at all as the lobby filled with customers. They handled us all with the same joy and care. I think we will now always pick up a pizza before we catch a movie!

Even when the line was long the young man running the cashier was managing to take orders, and make sure all the employees were keeping up. Hard working dude got me my pizza in like 10min when there was 4 big orders in front of me very satisfied with the service

The Mercedes Texas Little Caesars Pizza is the best location ever. i call in all kinds of weird specialty orders and this place has yet to ever let me down. My order is always made perfectly with exactly what i order and they even run it through the oven a little longer so my crust is crispy, but realisically the food is not what keeps me coming back. The service level at this location is always on point, as soon as i walk in the door i feel like I am welcome in this establishment....
