Waited for my order for 12 minutes, and reason they keep on telling me was because they were waiting for biscuits and eggs. It was 9 am, shouldn't run out of biscuits much less eggs . Another thing is that while I was waiting, the management staff placed orders while I waited, and they got their orders 1st and started eating, while I was standing in front of them. That would not have happened under my watch. Always disappointing with McDonald's

I ordered a kids' meal at the drive thru I paid and was told to park on spot #4. Waited 8 minutes and a car pulled up to the next spot. Their meal and a kids' meal was brought to them before mine. I continued to wait. 15 minutes later I got off and went in, they didnt have my kids meal ready yet and had to wait. I went thru the drive up because I am disabled and have to walk with a cane.

i ordered a 6 piece happy meal but when i opened it the nuggets weren’t in there. i went back and told them i was missing my nuggets , i wasn’t mad, i wasn’t bothered. i genuinely just wanted my nuggets. i worked at mcdonald for 5 years so i know how it is. this is literally how the conversation went. a manager opens the window and i say im missing my nuggets in my happy meal. she says there’s no way because a manager bags the orders so there can’t be nuggets missing in the 6 piece happy meal. i say well they are beacuse they’re not in here, it’s just the fries and sauce. i hand her the happy meal and she just stares at me . i understand from her pov i could’ve just taken them out so i tell her to look at the cameras . she keep repeating that a manager bags the orders so the nuggets CANT be missing. after a while of back and fourth she turns to the girl that was handing out the food and says something in a rude way and the girl shrugs. the manager gives me an ugly look and keeps says the cameras don’t get viewed until the morning. so i’m just there wondering what i’m supposed to do because i didn’t pay for 6 piece happy meal with no nuggets . the girl at the window says they were up a 6 piece and the manager grabs it and gives her an ugly look then gives me the nuggets. no apology . no “ they weren’t in the bag and they’re here “ no nothing. she closes the window and that’s it . i understand how things work there. people lie all the time but they could’ve looked at the cameras or gave me a refund. it could’ve been handled well.

I went to go get food tonight and it wasn’t busy. The fries are Burt and cold and the burger was cold. Called to ask if I could get another one and he said to save my burger and come back tomorrow. The manager is named Carlos. I asked for his supervisor and he told me he couldn’t give me his name. Not helpful and aweful food. I’ll drive to McAllen if I have to but I’ll never get anything from here again. Only in Mercedes Texas yall

I placed an order on the mobile app and the restaurant didnt receive it until 50 minutes later. It showed up as unpaid and only half the order showed on the screen. I showed the receipt I was email + my bank statement taking out the money. They didn't give me the money or food at that time. I was told the app should automatically refund me the money in 3-7 business days. I waited and its almost been 1 month since it happened. Ive called the mcdonalds, gone in person twice, sent a ticket twice through their website and I have gotten nothing. I just keep being told theyll pass it to the manager/owner and I have yet to reveive a response from them. I have been the onr initiating contact for weeks and I still have not gotten a hello from the manager. Ive given my contact info to multiple people and have not received a thing. At this point I dont even want the money or food, I just want a response.

the only thing that kinda makes me bummed out is the fact that the minecraft happy meal toys should've been keychains, because those little figues would look so good in my backpack😢

Tried ordering on drive thru first lane, screen is black, I asked how can we see menu they said we can't, I asked how will I know what to order she said she didn't know. I asked y don't they block off that lane she said they need both lanes open. Dumbest thing ever. Close it if your screens don't work! Then trying to use mobile app and it just didn't work because of their screen. Horrible experience. Went to window finally just for her to tell us to go back to order menu, third time!!! This place was only good when it opened. Don't waste y'all's time.

Went to the drive thru and for some reason the outer drive thru was not working. Went in to order and no one to take order. Had to use kiosk cause no one came to take my order. Next week be going to the Weslaco one on 1015. Service is always on point there
