I come here often since I work right down the street. This is the SECOND time I ask for a hot coffee mocha and they tell me “they don’t have it”. It’s not rocket science or as if I’m asking for a complicated order. Waited 15 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have it 🤦🏻‍♂️

McDonald’s let us make orders online but these day 27 them November Thanksgiving day it’s close so they supposed to announce with a sign that they gonna be closed so a lot of clients they’re doing line in line in line and the restaurant is closed so at least put a sign that they’ll be closing not let us make orders online

I don’t even know where to start. I just left this McDonalds and I’m honestly confused how it is even operating right now. I walked in and the place looked like nobody had cleaned anything all day. The floor was sticky enough that my shoe almost stayed behind. The smell wasn’t even the usual fry smell. It was like burnt oil mixed with something old and sour.

I tried to order at the kiosk but the screen was covered in fingerprints and ketchup. I had to wipe it with a napkin just to see the buttons. Even then it barely worked. I finally got my order in and then waited. And waited. And kept waiting. It took almost half an hour for a simple meal. People around me were getting frustrated too. Everyone kept staring at the pickup counter like we were waiting for a doctor to call our name at the ER.

When my food finally came out the fries were cold and stale. The burger looked like it had been tossed into the box from across the room. I actually opened the bun to see if something was wrong because the whole thing felt like it had been sitting out since breakfast. The staff didn’t look rude but they looked completely overwhelmed and tired like nobody was in charge or there was no manager at all.

I never leave reviews but this was honestly ridiculous. Someone from corporate really needs to take a look at this location. It feels like nobody cares anymore and the customers definitely feel it. I’m not asking for anything crazy just basic cleanliness and food that isn’t old. Right now even that seems like too much for this place.

There is an employee named Susie if that's her name. She's wonderful. Always smiles and great customer services from her. Besides that, my food is always great for me, hot fries and never waiting on my order. Always nice to come here. I would prefer this McDonald's over others. As I been too many across the valley

This happens every time I order online, they are always missing items either in breakfast or lunch. It gets me so upset that I get home from picking up the order there’s always food and condiments missing, we already reminded them a couple of times to double check if everything is in the bag before handing it out. Manager needs to stay in the game and keep track on their employees performance in preparation on food for to go and pick up. Just today husband went to pick up breakfast and he was missing the condiments for the oatmeal, pancakes without syrup and butter, 4 sausage biscuits and two plain coffees with no creams and sugars. It’s frustrating to get home expecting a good meal and finding out that you have a lot of missing food and other items.

Following a year's absence, our recent visit to McDonald's, facilitated by a Mercedes, was notably enhanced by Jody's exceptional service during breakfast. Jody ensured our family felt welcomed, proactively offering refills and demonstrating a genuine, positive demeanor. His approach, characterized by a smile and willingness to assist, significantly improved our dining experience. We believe that incorporating Jody's customer service approach across all McDonald's locations would be highly beneficial.

Waited for my order for 12 minutes, and reason they keep on telling me was because they were waiting for biscuits and eggs. It was 9 am, shouldn't run out of biscuits much less eggs . Another thing is that while I was waiting, the management staff placed orders while I waited, and they got their orders 1st and started eating, while I was standing in front of them. That would not have happened under my watch. Always disappointing with McDonald's

I ordered a kids' meal at the drive thru I paid and was told to park on spot #4. Waited 8 minutes and a car pulled up to the next spot. Their meal and a kids' meal was brought to them before mine. I continued to wait. 15 minutes later I got off and went in, they didnt have my kids meal ready yet and had to wait. I went thru the drive up because I am disabled and have to walk with a cane.
