I always wondered why this place didn't have much buisness. I came in to take a look for myself. I waited to order at drive thru no one ever answered. I then parked and tried to order finally someone took my order and I literally had to wait 20 minutes to get one burger. It's a shame such a new place but employees are killing there buisness. Feel sorry for the owner.

There have been multiple occurrences where my order takes up to 25-30 minutes. (Even simple shakes or kids meals.) I’ve done mobile orders at this location as well, and upon arrival my order still isn’t prepared and takes an additional 15 minutes. There have been a few times where other customers get here after me, and I ordered and arrived before. It seems currently their drive through is out of order, I was there 20 minutes and never received a response. (If your machine isn’t working atleast be thoughtful enough to put a sign to make customers aware.)
It seems that other customers have had a similar experience, and the issue should be looked into.

They forgot my whole burger in my wacky pack had to drive 15 minutes back and asked for my whole meal to be remade so i have my CORRECT ORDER FRESH AND NOT COLD and they said no and offered coupons???? She said “it happens there’s a rush” and that was it. She said she was the manager and i was stuck with cold food while she smiled. $10 order and you couldn’t even do that right.

Ordered a Turtle Truffle Nut blast...it only had a 'sprinkle ' of the topping on the top and just plain vanilla under it. Not like a Blizzard which has it all mixed together. Will be my last time at Sonic...unless I'm in the mood for vanilla ice cream

Stupidly waited 17 minutes for a shake, which came out melted. The females that were working there weren't doing much of anything while a male tended to the few cars that were there. 17 mins, for a shake. Imagine if I'd ordered food. Forget this place, there are better Sonics in the valley.
