I had gone out for sonic and ordered a footlong coney combo they forgot my drink gave me no condiments and had a really bad attitude I had just gone out of work just to get met with bad service

It was way too salty. Had 2 number 5s and 2 breakfast burrito combos with tater tots, all of it way incredibly salty. Almost inedible but it was expensive so we ate it. Probably will stick to drinks from here

Just want to say I love the customer service in Mercedes if I’m craving sonic I don’t care how far I have to drive. I will go to Mercedes. They are so friendly at all times.❣️
My on- line order was at 12:32 pm and someone fell asleep at the monitor. 2 drinks to be ready at 12:40 checked in pressed the button, got our drinks at 12:54 p.m. ??♂️ It’s a Sunday- drive through got their shake n left, and I’m still waiting. It wasn’t even busy, next time I’ll stop by when it’s packed and wait longer.⌚️SMH.

I swear this Sonic can never have everything that's listed on their menu. It seems like every single time I try to get breakfast here there's always something missing or that they run out of or the coffee machine isn't working. WHY open a restaurant if you're not going to honor your menu? Management here is apparently dropping the ball considering this is almost a brand new location. The french toast sticks this morning were hard and cold and it was like chewing on a shoe. Coffee machine out of order. How are you not going to have hot coffee during BREAKFAST?! Ridiculous!!!!

Charged my card twice and said it didn't work. I had to pay cash and they took an hour to get my food, only to get my order wrong. I was the only person there at sonic with tons of workers there. Not worth.
