I'd like to give a shout-out to the gentleman who prepared my sandwich this evening at 8pm on 10/24/24. He provided exceptional customer service, paying close attention to detail. It’s rare to see such care, and it made my experience stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back! It’s always nice to encounter great customer service at a restaurant.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in all the years it’s been in business. I’m 42 so I’ve been to many. The drive thru intercom hasn’t worked in years. You have to drive up to the window to order. It usually takes about 2-5 minutes for any worker to come to the window to take the order and about 10-13 minutes for them to get the order to you, for just three foot longs. This was my last experience at this Mercedes Tx.location and I will not be back anymore. It seems like they’re short staffed every time I would go into the lobby to order or dine in. One person working on the bread, taking orders and getting the orders for the drive up window. Sad but there needs to be some adjustments here.

Drive through hasn't worked in years and recently went by and they were out of bread. Don't bother eating here ownership and management do not seem to care.i will never eat here again.

Went by today for lunch and everything was so delicious purchased the pizza and new pretzel, customer service was great by the guy that helped me so I asked for his name told me Josh really friendly helpful and such a good vibe. Thank you. Will go by more often. :) (store super clean) ??

I waited 13 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever took my order. I finally left without getting anything. They need to have 1 person at drive thru and 1 inside taking orders. So disappointing to lose my lunch time
