This place is always packed. They make plenty of money. Service on the other hand is just all over the place, no communication between workers. My Dinner order was missing food, after a long day at work I was definitely mad. Should of just went to chik fil a I got Robbed! They Stole from me. Always order your food through a Online Order. NEVER AGAIN!

Just picked up my curbside. Waited 15 minutes for food. fries were hot but the burger was cold. Like it was just left out forgetting I was outside waiting for the food. Glad the crew was having fun that I could see. Wendy's next time

This is literally the WORST Whataburger I've ever been to in the entire valley. The orders are NEVER ready on time. This is the second time in about a month I placed a late night order and get here to be told the "shake machine is being cleaned." No offer to credit me my money last time so this time I asked for my $2+ extra that I paid to get a shake with my meal. They tell me they "can't credit it because it's an online order." I keep giving this place chances because it's the closest one to my home, but I will NEVER COME TO THIS WHATABURGER AGAIN. As I'm typing this I'm STILL WAITING at 11:26pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:15pm. My order # is 2071887 incase management sees this, if they even care. I'm not giving Mercedes Whataburger any more chances. EVERY time I come to this location I have a problem of some kind and orders are ALWAYS LATE. This is not excusable after the amount of times I've been here. I'll drive to Weslaco or La Feria from now on!!
