My dad (Ronnie Sawyers) was the owner of this Bar and Grill for many years. I spent most of my growing up years right here. It was an awesome feeling to be able to come back here to visit. We went camping at Meridian State Park and called and asked if we could bring our dogs, they said yes. We sat on the deck in the back, the server was so sweet and hospitable! The food was AMAZING! There wasn’t a kids menu but they shared a huge plate of chicken strips and the pizza bread appetizer. I would 100% recommend this place. Everyone’s food was amazing! Try the burger with jalapeño cream cheese!
I really don’t know how to write this review but to say this. If you are in Meridian and you want some of the best food you have ever had, go here. Everything that cook touches turns to food gold. Rambler burger, best I’ve ever had, gravy best I’ve ever had, au jus sauce simply amazing. I personally had the chicken fried steak sandwich and it was again the best I ever had. Perfect breading.
