Why give a Subway a five star rating? Because there is a secret ingredient on their Spicy Italian? Because of the scenic dining room view over looking Texas Highway 6? Because their tuna is real? Because of the service. Gary (based on the conversation with the customer ahead of us and who I assume is the owner) served us last night and he was professional and pleasant. This location of subway was excellent. They have two different types of mozzarella for the meatball sub and their tomatoes, lettuce and spinach is the best quality I've seen in ANY SUBWAY. The young ladies that were working this Saturday afternoon, were over the top helpful and friendly. It was reminiscent of a time when companies cared about customer service... If I didn't live so far away this location would be a regular stop for me.

last night was our first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the magnificent meal and booze and with the honest charge. We will absolutely come back again.
