I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restaurant was. The food looked fresh and the working area clean.The young lady that made our sandwich was pleasant.

My mom placed an online order 2/22/23 they were out of the item she placed fine but when my mom came up there to get it alethia refused service because my mom is her ex boyfriends mom she ran to the back and left the new girl by her self with no help the girl went to the back several times to ask for help and she refused my mom barley even knew her and never said anything to her for her to refuse service several more customers came in and she still refused to come out and help the new girl until my mom left the building that’s is unprofessional that kinda of behavior should not be acceptable I don’t care how many workers come and go have someone who has a bad attitude is not worth keeping everyone in life has to do things they don’t like but she didn’t even have to speak to my mom that girl needed help she was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do sad thing is the owner is so desperate for people that he doesn’t care I’ve come in to subway and seen girls in the hall making out with guys I’ve seen girl workers come out of the bathroom with a guy this whole place is just wack day time not bad but night when the kids work it’s a complete joke and I would be embarrassed to have a team like that and I know because I was alethia manager before at a different place stop letting little kids run shifts at night without actual adult supervision

Why give a Subway a five star rating? Because there is a secret ingredient on their Spicy Italian? Because of the scenic dining room view over looking Texas Highway 6? Because their tuna is real? Because of the service. Gary (based on the conversation with the customer ahead of us and who I assume is the owner) served us last night and he was professional and pleasant. The care we had seen him take with the customer ahead of us, who was evidently a local, did not end with us. It's the little things; he smiled, he asked if the mustard, mayo, lettuce, etc were satisfactory, he made sure we were aware of the different color tags on our sandwiches, he tanked us and wished us a good evening, that all added up to a very good experience. The dining room was also exceptionally clean and in good order. It's always great to see someone take pride in their work no matter how trivial it may seem to the rest of us. Thanks Gary! This location of subway was excellent. They have two different types of mozzarella for the meatball sub and their tomatoes, lettuce and spinach is the best quality I've seen in ANY SUBWAY. The young ladies that were working this Saturday afternoon, were over the top helpful and friendly. It was reminiscent of a time when companies cared about customer service... If I didn't live so far away this location would be a regular stop for me.
