I noticed that they removed my previous comment. They must be democrat owned & don’t like that people voice their opinions when it doesn’t fit their agenda.
Anyways the one and only time I ate there I got sick off of very very bad tasting and extremely expensive food, I guess that’s why they are next to the community medical center.

I went thru the drive thru and got 2 bean and cheese. They said it was $10.82 and I was confused at first but paid anyway. Then I got them. 2 huge heavy bean a cheese burritos with tons of cheese. I see why they're $5 a piece. Amazing tortillas packs with fresh beans and cheese in every bite. Paired with their salsa Verde was a match made in heaven. I've gone 3 days in a row to get one. I got one for my wife abd she said well I'll eat half now and half later. Nope. She ate the whole thing right then and there it was so good. They have different sizes apparently and I was getting the large. Which is fine. They also have a cheaper regular size. The ladies in the drive thru are always so nice as well. Anyway, if you're in Merkel looking for a good breakfast taco, I highly recommend this place.

Very good breakfast burrito for the price only thing missing is more sauce 1 containers is not enough for how big it is
This lady used my father (a well respected 40+ years master licensed electrician) to hook up the electrical service to this business. After he got sick, she decided to hire someone else to do the finish up work. Despite having a full 320 amp service up and running and providing power to her business, she refused to pay the bill. Now that he has passed, she thinks she can get out of ever having to pay the bill. There was power on, AEP had hooked it up and they had completed conduit and wiring inside. There was still some finish up to do, but it was because there was still equipment to come in and the drive thru window had not even been cut in yet.
She thinks that because my father got ill and died, she can get out of paying her bill!! She is running her business with the electricity on due to the service being installed and making money from it. She, however, refuses to pay for that service install.
Do the customers who eat here pay for their food?

Carne guisada was really good, enchilada plate was pretty bland, nacho plate was ok but made with queso blanco, which not everyone enjoys. There's not any prices on the menu and we ended up paying 48 dollars, which was a surprise to us when we didn't expect it to be that expensive. Over all, it was an ok, and we would go back but definitely will be more cautious on what we get.

I just can't with the brisket instead of barbacoa. They are no where near the same thing. Texture and taste are completely different. Won't go back after this. First it was prices going up and amounts going smaller. But trying to pass off a food for something completely different especially to a Mexican that knows what is what is where I draw my boycott line. I'll cook my own or go to to Abilene.
