The only negative thing I have to say is that every time my husband and I have eaten there it annoys me that they don't clean up the front of their place. We go about once a month and the same trash is there. Take pride in your place where food is served and clean up the trash. Other than that the food is good

The food was delicious and not over priced. The waitresses were very friendly and received higher than usual tips. We were a group of 12 and ate there every evening for 8 days.

It's like a mom and pop restaurant. Southern style fish was really good with fries. Onion rings were excellent according to my husband. Chicken fried steak is good, gravy could be homemade. Brooke was our waitress. Very good about refills, bringing food out and checking on us. Ask for Brooke. Overall experience was really good. Thank you Skeets! We will be back!

The one in Merkel very good, great service. But needs some remodeling.

The chicken fried chicken was fantastic. The baked potato was actually cooked all the way through. The taco salad with fajita meat was perfection. The fried mushrooms were great too. What I appreciate greatly was their caution with my food allergy and their oil did not taste old 😅
The staff was sweet and played along. The food was amazing. The fried biscuit was a surprise!

The el Paso Hamburger with Jalapeños was quite good, but I t was a little warm, and loud where we were seated. I would go back if I was in that area again. It looked like it was a very popular spot with local folks.
