Food was pretty good and the waitress's are pretty good and nice but we had a salad and there was a hair in it ...when we looked in the kitchen no body was wearing a hairnet or gloves...ur supposed to wear a hairnet at all times ... Supposed to wear gloves when cooking with food and changes them out all the time as well...even if u have a beard u still supposed to wear a hairnet ..

Good food, great service the staff seem very friendly. The condition of the restaurant itself, not so much. Let’s just say I would not put my name on the outside of that place. As a matter of fact, there is no name on the pole out front, just lightbulbs and metal frame. There’s more to a restaurant than good food and fantastic service. I would recommend that if you go there, get it to go!

I've tried chicken fried steak at several different restaurants, but Skeets is hands down my favorite. It's delicious! Their fried mushroom appetizer is also excellent! This is one of our go to restaurants when we are looking for this kind of food.

If you were a local, you got a tension, those girls were all over you. I ordered a cheeseburger and a fry. Took me 25 minutes, my food. I saw set there and got cold. they Didn't even got the order, right? They were in no hurry to bring me my cold food.
You’ve GOTTA get the fries!!! Hubby says Skeet knows what he’s doing cause his burger was gone in a flash. I opted to get some greens bk in my system. 8/ Tge combo salad and their homemade ranch dressing was very good.

First time was pretty good. Chicken fried steak was large and swamped with thick gravy. Second time right before I left the area was abysmal. No trips from waiter except when he dropped off my drink(somebody else brought the food), the check was brought WITH the food, which good god, who does that, steak fingers were questionable, and the gravy was white water and resembled something I can't write here, but it involves men only if you get my drift. When I mentioned the gravy at paying, the response I got was, and I quote, "eh." And just because I'm still angry about the whole thing, thier bathrooms smell janky, and the sinks have essentially no running water. Ruined my day for the next several hours, so if it makes them feel any better, they made a difference. 50 percent of the visits were good, so they get 50 percemt of the stars. Rounded down.

My husband and are traveling hone after a 2 week trip in Arizona. We were hungry for some good Texas food. Wow, what a pleasant surprise! This is a local joint. Country music pool playing and a casual atmosphere. The food was really amazing!!
