Drive thru window said “Cash only. No fryed foods. Drive to window.” — got past the incorrect spelling of fried, but at the window nobody showed up… for minutes. Seems two cars ahead of me waited before going without getting any service also. Why not just close for the day if it’s that bad?

Came by yesterday for lunch… limited electricity in building . Came by today and Spent $23.00 for a couple of “Beef and Cheddars that ware not even a little bit warm. Curly fries and potato cakes were Hot and fresh.

No one at the counter could speak good English. I could not understand them and they couldn’t understand me as my entire order was wrong. Also no one at the counter could tell me how the app works.

Food does not taste fresh my fries are cold and hard meat looks nasty never has it been this bad
I'm not too sure if they hired a new person and was in the middle of training but things seemed a tad confusing with the clerk... But the manager got it all straightened out professionally with his coworkers and the food and atmosphere was pleasant.
I went through the drive through window just now and ordered a double Beef and Cheddar sandwich only. I just prepared to enjoy it and there is NO cheddar.
My schedule wouldn't allow me to return to the restaurant so I attempted to call the restaurant and the line is BUSY. Where in this day and age do you get a busy signal other than if someone has taken the phone off the hook? 😔
Hopefully the manager or franchise owner will see this and address it. There was no line at all. There is no way that my Sandwich should have been made in error.
