BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This restaurant is incredible for gluten allergies. The manager and the wait staff were very clear and consistent about the gluten allergy and protecting me.

The servers accommodated us with no issues even when we had more people show up for dinner!! They served us all so well

This was one of the worst experiences we have had going to BJs. This experience alone caused this company to lose our business. My husband ordered a steak that was so tough you couldn't cut into it. It was remade 2 times and still inedible. He ended up eating the small side salad and a couple pieces of sauteed shrimp. The margaritas were watered down and Im not sure if even a speck of alcohol was in the drink. I felt like I was drinking watered down lime juice from concentrate with to much sugar. The server did not smile a single time and seemed like he would rather be doing anything but taking our order. The floor was so sticky the chairs were sticking to the floor. You had to physically pick it up to be able to scoot comfortably. I thought the soles of my shoe was going to rip off my shoe and stick to the floor.
The pizza my daughter ordered didnt really have any cheese on it even though it was supposed to be a deep dish pizza. It was an embarrassment to bring our friends from out of town to this establishment.
I didnt get any photos of the food because it was just so embarrassing.
They did comp the steak meal they had to remake 3 times but we still paid 70 for one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Im not sure if its this location in particular but the management needs to step it up. Im shocked if this place is able to pass inspection.

Chris and Alicia were amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time out.
My wife got Ill after we ate. The food was not as it usually was, my wife called the manager, but she has yet to respond.
My wife is heartbroken about getting Ill for the second time there. We come here often, as she has many allergies, we have come to trust the establishment to make sure no contaminants are served to her.
We are so disappointed.

We went in yesterday afternoon, it was slow due to the rain. We had the best service, thank you, Jeremy!
I can’t believe I’ve never been here before, my sis convinced me and now I’m addicted!
She had deep dish pizza and I had the Mediterranien dish.
Excellent food, drink and pizookie!
