Please bring back the tuna melt! I came in today just to find out it’s no longer on the menu 😞 please bring it back.

Normal black bear, everything was as good as it normally is.

It's nice and cozy and the service was great. However, the food was not the best. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger salad-no bacon. The meat was cold. They did bring me some more meat that was warmer. However, the salad was just lettuce and pickles just about. The meat was greasy and overcooked and stuck together- almost chewy. With it being a cheeseburger salad you expect to see... cheese. There was a sprinkle. I know times are hard and they may be cutting corners, but this was just not good today. They even had a sprinkle of tomatoes. My husband ordered a pancake and it took so long we forgot we ordered it. The owner was so nice and he came out and explained they had a new cook. We were understanding. We will try them again. The other food looked great.

Been to lots of BB locations and this is by far the worse. I've never been disappointed with a BB experience but everything was lacking here from the parking lot to the service to the cleanliness inside the restaurant and especially the food. Will not be back and certainly don't recommend. Go to the location near Fort Worth instead. 🫶🏾

Well I Uber my food today and once I received my order everything was hot except for my oatmeal, pretty much had to warm it up for the simple fact it was cold like it can out of the fridge and just put into the bag

The place is nice, but the service sucked. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Then my husband asked for a glass of water, the girl said ok I'll be right back, Nothing so he asked her again and she said sir I'm busy, again I'll be right back. So my husband asked for the manager and the waitress said I'll go get it for you, and she did. Our waiter never came back to check on us, No Refills. C/S is a big plus for me, cause I deal with family members and the public. If I spoke to someone like that at my job, I would FIRE myself. Lost our business.

Third or fourth time to have breakfast and it's hit or miss. Asked for over easy on the eggs and they came out over hard. Biscuits were cold as well as the up charged gravy.
Service was slow. And that seems to be the only consistent thing on service. Had to hunt down our waitress for a to go box and ticket.
Waitress with the lashes gives you the old school diner feel, but really needs to write her orders down. Had her almost each time I have visited and the order seems to be wrong every time.
The menu is overwhelming each time.
Don't think it's worth trying again.

Said open online. Drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told they closed 2 hours early...

I've been here several times now and it's so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. Well, I love the hot cakes, they're big and spongy. I love the club chicken sandwich, it's always a delight. My partner ordered a plate of chicken with egg and it was also delicious, but I liked the biscuit more. It's big, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and with its butter and strawberry jam, it tastes delicious. I'm almost always served by the same girl and she's always very kind and attentive. I don't know her name, but thank you very much girl, always. you attend with a smile and a good morning

had a big black spider crawl off my plate, after they managers and servers had their laugh, the so called manager finally came out after i was ready to leave. i offered to pay for our coffee and all manager said was that’s ok and let us leave!
