It certainly has the potential to be a good neighborhood bar, work on the drinks and food. The fries were definitely frozen and didn't cook long enough

An update to my last review. I received a response from the owner asking me to reach out I gave him my information and never heard from him. I also sent a email and was never responded to. I have copied the email to this review and I can truly now see why the service is the way it is in his establishments.

Hello Bart. My name is Audrey. Recently I reviewed your restaurant and gave a 1 star review due to picking up 2 DoorDash orders and no one greeted me upon arriving to your establishment. I have responded to your request and have given you my information as requested and have not heard from you. Y esterday while dashing, I was given another order who name came up as Boomerjacks and I was totally unaware that it was District 21 Sports Kitchen. I am new to the area and I have never been to Boomjacks or District 21 and to be quite frank, I don't believe I will ever want to. I experience the same encounter as before and it is really sad how poor the customer service is in your establishment. As I stood there waiting on food, I saw the servers and bar tenders look at me and turn the other way. No one acknowledge me or stated we will be right with you! Also when I was addressed it wasn't how are you, how can I help you? I was asked who are you picking up once again. My question is what if I was there to dine in? I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years, I 've worked at multiple restaurants and I have never been this cold or rude to any customers walking into the establishment where I work. I will be doing another review and if I was giving the option to give zero stars I would. I pray the customer service gets better soon.

Food cheeseburger very good and service was good...only thing they need to correct is the hamburger ? patties were too small for the Buns...

Very cool place to hang. My wife and I went and the server was awesome and the drinks strong. Great food, get the brisket sandwich it is great. The sweet potato fries were excellent. We will definitely be going back.

Came here for a post workout meal with my wife pretty close to closing time. My wife and I observed workers in the back preparing our meals with no hairnets and in addition the worker we observed was using her bare hands to scrape sauce for our wings onto our plates. We waited an additional 30+minutes, so in all we waited about an hour for our meals to be prepared then remade with minimal compensation. Will NOT be back!!

First time customer.
Ordered online, paid online and chose 15 min pickup. Order not ready at 20 min, ordered jalapeño mashed potatoes and got home with regular potatoes. Ordered wings, bone in lukewarm closer to the bone and not a fresh taste. May give it some time before returning. Still curious what jalapeño mashed potatoes tastes :(

When I'm trying something different goes all wrong. I did a Uber eats to Boomerjacks aka district 21 sports kitchen and it's awful.i order the district sampler and it's Burnt, food taste like grease hasn't been changed. I. Also got the Texan melt and it taste like the grill need to be cleaned. I called boomerjacks and was told to call uber. Hell uber didn't fix my food. 0 stars and I still gotta get up and get something to eat. Disappointed!

They have great food but every time we order wings (which is why we like this place the wings are dryer and dryer). Love this place except for the stinginess on the sauce. The cheese fries are great though.

Be careful they will steal from you! Even when you leave tip in cash. I ordered food and a pizza to go. The pizza didn’t arrived till closing time. And it was the wrong size her excuse was they ran out of that size and she didn’t know till it was too late. That’s crap and you still get charged for regular price. And on top of that she charges me extra 10$ on top of all this on my card.
