Just went to get some dinner there and the drive thru was blocked off and a sign on the door said online orders only. Sad. I am sure it's because nobody wants to work...

WORST service on my recent visits. Everytime I go to the drive thru its super slow with "kids" who talk and play with eachother than do their job. I have been going here for several years since it opened and this by far is the worst location. Always missing items when going through drive thru. Slow inside as well with attitude as if I owe them something. This place has got to CHANGE their Crew. I will not go back and I will tell everyone I know to not go this place. It's a real shame too, Boston Market used to be known for good quality food and service. HORRIBLE place with no customer service what so ever!!!!!! Calling corporate too.

08/05/21: This Boston Market has been around for 20 years or so. I’ve been going off and on since they’ve been opened. Chicken is pretty good. Sides aren’t bad either. Sometimes the food can be under or over seasoned. My favorite thing is the cornbread. It’s so delicious, sweet, and fluffy. It’s a cake and cornbread hybrid. Yum!! Customer service is usually friendly and fast.

I got the 1/2 chicken with herb and garlic sauce, cream spinach and sweet potatoes. It was simply delicious!!!The customer service was great, too, from beginning to end. They're quite welcoming and attentive, and work as a team.Their brownies are also amazing!!! ?Definitely coming back tomorrow for more of this great food and service.Kudos, Boston Market!

How do a chicken spot run out of chicken??? My husband and I was in line for about 30 minutes and once we were next the employee made us a wear that they ran out of chicken!! WTC!!
Chicken was good, Mac N cheese needed a little salt, corn was good and the spinach had a little spicy kick to it. Overall I liked it

I ordered a side salad and was charged nine dollars for an entree salad. I made a pickup order and picked up my food right after I called but somehow my food was cold. Highly dissatisfied

Went there today for lunch. I was the only customer, 4 employees on duty. The guy that was helping me with my order needed a spoon for one of the vegetables, he asked the girl working the drive thru to get one from the back( she wasn't busy). She said why should she, asking him to say please. Very poor customer service.

Disgusting im so upset and hopefully get contacted i feel robbed, i paid over 25$ for a single plate of prime rib to receive this dry old disgusting piece. On top of that my mashed potatoes didn’t even come with any gravy. Also i had my steamed vegetables which were not cooked and hard and the carrots were brown ?BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE

Good quality food. They have teens working each time I go, but they are always great workers. Seems Boston Market invests in hiring and training well. Bravo!
