Though they are listed as a Bar-B-Qestablishment, the meats are smokedwith separate sauce provided. All in allthe menu items were quite tasty ( I don'trecommend the coleslaw ).

Omg the ribs seems as they were cooked last week they were more like jerky. Just wasted my money. Bbq beans was nothing but liquid were are the beans it was more fat pieces then anything. I had two pieces of ribs that were just bones no meat at all on them.

We ALWAYS stop here during our drive from Louisiana to Kansas. Our favorite bbq EVER. Super friendly staff and excellent service. Thank you.

I am disappointed in the prices of my meals. Today I saw a sign that says $5.75 for a sliced or chopped brisket sandwich so I purchased 2 of them and I was charged $2.00 extra for brisket for each sandwich which was $7.75 each.The other night I purchased 2 brisket sandwich basket meals for $8.75 each and was charged $2.00 extra for brisket for each meal which was $10.75 each.The issue here is that the sign says brisket but I was charged extra for brisket. This is very bad advertising. These 2 visits were my first 2 visits ever going to this place and I will likely not return due to false advertising.

I went to Bakers today and bought a Baker Bake potato’s with brisket. And half a pound of ribs.. ribs excellent. My issue is they went up a dollar on beef. Which is not the problem. My issue is I paid 10.00 for 2 spoons of meat on a small potato. I’m not much of a complainer but I find this discouraging to go back. The young man explained to me the price went up due to the beef shortage. But that does not mean serve less meat for a higher price. Picture included...

In behalf of the Piña Montoya family, we want to Thank Bakers Ribs in Mesquite for such Great Cuservice Service and making our Easter Feast a memorable one! The food was delicious, ribs were finger linking good so tender it fell right off the bone, the smoked sausage and slice beef topped with their special Habanero BBQ sauce is one of a kind.Gigi made sure our food was ready on time! I recommend Bakers Ribs for you next event! You will not regret it!

This is an established BBQ with multiple outlets and does catering. The food was really just average. It was tasty but nothing to write a review about. However, their fried pies were outstanding. Service was spotty since it was buffet style like a lot of this kind of place. Sides were definitely not great. Beans were beans (its hard to ruin them) but the potato salad was dry and boring. Prices were on the high side, but livable. Bill Millers is just as good and cheaper.

I can always count Bakers for great BBQ. They have never failed me.

This place is an okay place except for being a bit pricey for the amount you get and quality of the food.
