Great place and nice vibes! This has a familiar feel with wonderful variety of furniture and has a food section as well named ‘Nevaeh’s Kitchen’! Staff is courteous and outlets are plenty!

The boba was fresh (hence the two stars) but my passion fruit tea was like drinking liquid Jell-O. The guy making my drink also kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hands.

I used to frequent this place, but this time, it was deserted and now I understand why. The Hispanic employee with blonde hair was incredibly rude, seemed like she didn’t want to help us and was met with an attitude as soon as I walked in.

Had a tarot milk tea and my friend the brown sugar coffee latte!! They were both really good and we also ordered an order of fries. They were really good, fresh, and cooked to order. Friendly employees, would definitely go back!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. I ordered a boba jasmine milk tea , it was nasty and bitter. Then i asked if i could get a Thai drink …. Nastiest ever with a horrible after taste. The employee was rude as well , i asked for my money back she just sat my money on the counter and then walked away. What horrible experience.

Went for lunch. Thot it would be something different. Weren't sure why we were the only customers there for awhile & then we understood! Michael Jackson music was very loud. The one employee was nice enough but talked loudly & constantly on her phone. Ordered 2 drinks & nachos for lunch. Took at least 30 min for it was ready & she served the nachos first. Warmed up chips with warmed canned cheese sauce with chips of jalepenos topped 3 slices of dilled pickles.Took another 10 min for our 2 drinks to be ready. Very, very slow service. Money is tight right now for most ppl. Save your time & money & go somewhere else

I am a regular client and I always receive friendly and professional treatment from one of the ladies there except from the Hispanic blonde one! I went in today and asked for my regular fruit tea at 45% sweet and I watched her purposely add too much sweetener and then when I asked if it was 45 she said yes and after I took a sip I realized it was way to sweet and instead of apologizing she handed me a spare cup and tea so I could fix it myself, I was in such disbelief! I asked her why she had such a bad attitude with me every time I go and she replied “I have a bad attitude because it’s you!” I can’t believe I was treated this way, I am a cancer patient and already have enough going on. Hopefully ownership sees this and has a serious conversation with her because this is not ok!

Ordered a matcha green tea, tasted nothing like it. It was literally lavender

this place is gross ngl… i ordered a strawberry lemonade and the drink taste like neither of those things… my bf got a milk based drink and the milk definitely taste expired

This place used to be better than this. Worst boba these days. Last couple of experiences was disappointing. Never going back to this place.

The chai latte was so good!!
