Waited 20mins just for someone to greet us at the door. Still no one came and had to seat ourselves in the bar. It's 6pm and no crowd. Still had to wait 25 mins after speaking to a manager for someone to come offer to take my drink order. Terrible service on a Tuesday evening!!! My waitress, Denise, passed my table 4 times and didn't stop until after I spoke with a Manager.

Tried them again today after 3 years and they still suck.
Second visit in the last two months and probably the last at this location. Both the quality of the food and service keeps dropping after every visit. Servers look bothered to be doing their job and food is average at best now.
Management please train, hire or pay servers to provide good customer service. Out of the 2-3 different servers that were at your location, they all seem to hate their job. Food consistency is also a must, I understand wait times can be unnecessary long due to staffing issues, but the food consistency should be there.
If you want a good experience from BWW I would try a different location.

Called this BWW in misquite today and asked were they honoring the dine in all you can eat bone in wings for 25.99 and they said no but it's still being advertised on social media. There was no reason to why not, I think these locations really do what they want separately when they feel like for who they feel like.

I ordered delivery. Never ate here before. I ordered the Jamaican jerk and bbq ranch wings with fries. The jerk was listed as mild so I assumed they were tolerable. I took one bite and my mouth was on fire. I couldn't even breath. I called the store the girl went to get the manager I explained to him what happened and he said let me pull your ticket I was on hold for a while then a girl came back online telling me the male manager Adrian said he was two busy to deal with me he would call me back. This is very unprofessional. He should have rectified this by fixing it to something not as hot. After all they do have it listed as mild which is not hot. I am very disappointed and WILL NEVER eat there again.

1st off, we weren't greeted entering to be seated. 2 or 3 workers were Standing talking and after they noticed that we weren't taking out they walked in different directions. Got seated with I know 2 screaming kids, ordered and my Shirley wasn't templing, my medwell cheese burger with welldone bacon was The Exact Opposite....... smh, the fries were cold and my sister and I Never got refills. I will not return to this location. Very disappointing I'll stick to my regular BWW location
