I am a low sodium eater and checked that before going and knew I could not eat the wings. I ordered a sandwich which was ok. The FF were over cooked. And the sodium was high. We had to wait longer to get a table because night servers were not there yet. The manager was apologizing for that. I would not go back just not my taste.

Poor service It's always the same terrible service. Either they don't get paid well, or the managers they hire aren't good because they're never on the floor. They always act like they're very busy, even when there's no one there. Hopefully, they'll do something about it because the wings are the best..... Bartender on the phone And I already know the response will be, "Thank you for your comments. If you want to leave more feedback, go online, blah blah blah." Just fix the service instead.

Dined in, Received the wrong order, fries were overcooked and hard. The wings were unpleasant, they didn’t taste fresh/ tasted odd. Waitress didn’t even give us napkins. Would recommend you just go elsewhere entirely.

The wings and cheese curds were overcooked to the point that you couldn't eat them. The place itself was just trashed. Trash all over the floor. In the women's restroom, there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor. One of the toilets looked like it was about to break. One of the stall doors was able to lock because of one metal piece. Otherwise, the door wouldn't have even stayed shut. The drinks were pretty good. The best part was the waiter Tristan. He was caring and took care of us to the best of his ability. I will definitely not be going back to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mesquite.

Ordered a pickup order, fries were cold and barely any fries in there that’s why I ordered 2 because every time I get fries from here they barely put any in there. So I ordered 2 this time. They were cold and stale also I told the girl in the front thank you and she can’t even say nothing back. She acts like she can’t even speak. $31 to get only 15 wings and barely any fries. Ridiculous

Wow, worst service ever. Ordered a delivery order. I paid over 20% extra so i didn't have to go there. They neglected to have my order correct and i had to go in anyway, ok, sure, no problem. except I'm at work and cant leave my post, Talked to "Jazara" on the phone and all i got was "ok" - "what do you want me to do about it" i replied "I'll be up there here in a minute," she hung up on me. Food was flavorful, but cold. Fries were greasy and lukewarm. order was very incorrect. the manager would rather stand there as a bouncer intimidating customers than remedy the situation with an apology for their disservice 0/5 stars. highly recommend driving to Dallas for a good experience Mind you i order often from various places, seems Mesquite and all whom it employs have these issues. not just this restaurant. Delivery driver was amazing, fast, respectful (DoorDash)

I love B dubs but this is the WORST LOCATION IN TEXAS. Food was cold, staff was very... ghetto and lackluster. no integrity at this location. Drive another 10 miles to a different location.
Horrible experience. We either were targeted for being Mexican or I don't know but I got served a beer and our order was in... one hour later we had no order.. the waiter blamed the kitchen shift change and we left... horrible. I complained no one cared.. so last time.. and believe me I was an avid patron of the franchise in del Rio tx Detroit

The wings are delicious, but I didn't like the fries. I've ordered fries several times, and each time, they were overcooked. Instead of ordering the fries, order the potato wedges! They are delicious!

Sat down for about 20-30 min with many waiters walking right by us without saying a single word to us. No one took our drink order or even said we will be right with you. We walked right out. The store was very dirty. The table was sticky, the menus were sticky. I guess it a good thing we didn’t eat there.
