10/06/2025- My son wanted to go for his birthday. The food hasn't changed. It's still mediocre at best. I'll only go back to buy their sauces.😞

I actually came in to resolve some issues I had with my pick up order from January. My wings and fries were overcooked. I was so disappointed that I had to serve that to my guests. The staff and management has been very polite and understanding in helping resolve the issue.

Place was dead on a Thursday evening which is why there is no excuse for the horrible service that was give!! Definitely would not recommend!!! Go to a different location! !

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. A girl looked and then turned and walked straight to the back, meanwhile they have women back there in barely any clothes yelling and screaming. Health inspectors need to check this place out

I love BDubs but this was some of the worst I've ever had. Maybe the cook was having a bad day. Wings were tiny, skimpy and overcooked. Service was OK but nothing special. There was loud annoying rap music with inappropriate lyrics playing.

Im going to start off by saying my wife and I are frequent customers of this location . We come at least 2 or 3 times a month , we have lunch dates while our children are at school. Its always a good experience except for today , today was horrible . Every pc of chicken i ate had long feathers hanging off, I even but one of the wings and the feathery hair was in my mouth I was so disgusted. The strong point was the manger he had it remade fresh and de-feathered, but my waitress was not the best . She overcharged us for drinks we didn't have and she never refilled the drinks that we did have lol. She never checked on us throughout our meal until I stopped her walking to inform the manager of the chicken I had that still had its feathers .

To be honest I don’t know how this location is still open, I order some wings for lunch and my wings were from over night and cold now I see why they only have 1 star, so I wouldn’t order from here again

Absolute trash, the chicken dippers were cold and dry, charged me for two salads when I only ordered one. Took so long to bring out the salad that everyone was done eating and I just left instead. Service and food was trash definitely won’t be back.

Fist time time this location, the inside absolutely a mess, service not good at all the order takes (server) all she did was take the order and dissappear for mor then 20 min I hado to ask the hostess (which was cleaning tables to be able to seat peopke in the waiting lobby) to check on my appetizers, someone brought it to our table, no plates to napkins and cold the server finally appeared and I asked her about our food and I think she got mad because I asked her for paper napkins and plates. I've always liked BWW But I dont think I'll come to this location again.

I suggest doing something about certain staff as things could have been worse if it weren’t for Drew stepping in.

We arrived for my father’s birthday too requesting a table in a specific area since we explained our father was partially blinded and in a wheelchair. A nice lady who was assisting with seating asked 4 different servers if they’d take us they all said “no I don’t want that” and walked away. The experience was not only discrimination but embarrassing. In the end Drew apologized for their behaviors and offered to be our server even though she already had her own assignment. The manager who we spoke to later didn’t seem to care but at least Drew was attentive and treated us very kind throughout our stay.

After ordering food it suppose to ready in 40 minutes but it took more than 1 hour and people order after me they got food before me. And they never came to ask.
