No greeting no introduction of any promotions. I was not acknowledged until she was done writing in her book. Lucia is the manager on duty tonight. Very unprofessional /unwelcoming experience.
Training definitely needed. Her employees on shift had no gloves or hair nets on especially the male employee with long nails.

This is why Burger King cannot compete with McDonald’s. I pull in to this location for lunch and I order the SpongeBob meal to give them a chance and try the whopper again. I ordered the meal and the employee first off does not tell me that the strawberry shortcake is sold out he just assumes that I’m OK with the change for a Hershey’s pie. I bring this to his attention and he says yes it’s sold out and he’ll trade it for the pie without informing me. I say it’s fine. I put my order. I pull up to the window and they asked me to pull further after I paid and that they will have my order ready. After waiting 10 minutes another car pulls up behind me. So I decide to park and go inside and ask what the reason for the delay is as I am on lunch. They then informed me that the ice cream or slushy machine is broken which again they did not inform me of when I put the order in (or pulled up to the window). They asked me if I would like a drink replacement. I tell them no and that at this point if my order is not ready, I just don’t want it at all. She informed me that the order is ready. They just don’t have the drink. I ask why they didn’t tell me this when I was at the window. It could’ve reduced the long wait time. I ended up leaving with no drink and kept asking for a full refund. She made it seem like it was impossible. I told her to forget it I’ll take the meal (minus any drink) and she was ok with me leaving this way.

We were just in there 10 minutes ago (Dec 2, 2:30pm) & the guy at the counter who took our order was so busy on his phone that he got our order wrong.. Was literally looking at his phone the entire time we were ordering

The manager was rude we asked him for sauce even if we paid for it we wanted sauce he gave us 2 sauces for 3 sets of chicken fingers then we go and ask him again like if we have to pay will pay n he said it comes with one okay well if each item comes with one u didn’t even give us the 3 it came with if your having a bad day take a breather or stay home

Came in to order, had to wait for 5 minutes for assistance, after giving order they just walked away and didn’t even put the order in. After waiting for another 5 minutes we just decided to leave and thats when they gave service again, one thing is to wait for service but shouldn’t be ignored after giving service, especially after you have been given an order. I went to the jack in the box next to it and go great service do recommend the jack in the box

Had ordered cini minis yesterday around 11 and turns out they were rock solid. Was very disappointed I had to throw them away because of how stale they were. Could ya'll start checking up with the cini minis y'all sell??
When I ask for fresh food. THATS WHAT I EXPECT!!! Im no dummy. Kust because u ask someone to pull around dont make it fresh. I've been eating long enough to know what FRESH food tastes like‼️

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. They don’t say thank you or greet you. I was there 9/18/25 10 pm it seemed as if it was the manager or something but neither the manager or the employees had manners. Also I ordered something and payed cash and the man didn’t wash his hands after getting my cash and he went to grab cups and things. The woman grabbed the d food to put in the dryer with her bare hands after touching her dirty phone on her hand… they need to be taught manners and hygiene!!!! Also the food was so cold and half prepared. Avoid this location
