I went here during my break yesterday 1pm to try to get some food and I was so disappointed. When I went to pay, they parked me at the front of the store and made me wait 20 minutes while 3 other people came and left with their food. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and stale like they've been sitting out for half an hour and they forgot the sauce. When I went inside I told them about the food, the manager was so hesitant to remake it and when she finally agreed she started whispering something in Spanish but since I dont speak it I dont know what she said. Her face had an attitude aswell like it was my fault the food wasnt up to expectation. Don't come here if you're looking for a fresh warm meal and good customer service.

There are never any cars here and I can tell you it's due to their poor customer service. If they cannot hear you in the drive thru that needs to be addressed. The employees at night seem to be slow (mentally). Maybe so retraining is necessary.
