General manager Keila … should be fired. 1. Employee was honest & told me they forgot my order after I had been waiting in the drive through for 10 min that alone had gotten me a but upset but wtv brushed it off he told me to come back around that that his manager is going to take care of the refund because I requested a refund. Come through the drive-through of course this other customers also in the drive-through so I had to wait another 10 minutes and once I made it to the window, the general manager seemed clearly overwhelmed I understand but She didn’t even Read or anything I had to be the one to say oh like like I’m wanting my refund and she just said OK give me the keypad thing because I paid with Apple Pay and when I mentioned to her that her employee had offered coupons for the long wait and forgetting my order she brought back two coupons that said free fries with the purchase of meal. I’m very disappointed, especially because they wasted my time and the general manager did not resolve anything if anything she made it worse because she was giving an attitude when I had no fault in anything I understand, falling behind in orders, but The least she could’ve done is make up for the long wait and forgetting my order never again going to this location

Jose was a very nice gentleman beside some of the females there they have attitudes and be trying to rush you but Jose was very fast and nice

Just had the worst service experience ever, they had me waiting 15 - 20 minutes for my food after they told me to pull up forward that they were going to bring it out, and to make it worse they gave my order away to the person in front of me so i went inside to see why they taking too long and they had to remake my food again, it wasn’t even busy. They have to pay more attention to their job and ask customers for their receipts of what they ordered. Will not come here anymore.

Main thing is the menu for the drive thru is out and has been out for quite a while. I hate pulling forward just so the drive thru timer doesn't add an extra minute or two, but I understand why employees ask you to do this. I'd rather drive out of my way just to order easier.

I placed a order online for breakfast store was closed at 8 am now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back
Went to order food and they let me tell them my entire order employees laughing in the back and we were told they don’t have any meat. They just want to leave early because it’s New Year’s Eve. Horrible service and employees for laughing and lying never going back again

They close the lobby early (930pm). But drive through seems to stay open longer. I wouldn't be surprised if they close that early too.
