Got the lunch special. Burger. Fries. Can of Soda. All for 9.75. Weekdays 11-4pm.Burger was good. Big patty. Generous size. Only thing better that would make it better is if it was cooked medium well.Now for the fries. Huge portion. They are so yummy. They are salty. But I like them that way.Bottom line: Lunch special is a great deal. Support local businesses and give this place a try.

Don't sleep on Burger Pop they have good food and affordable prices. Beats McDonalds up the street and it's always less busy!Burger needs a seasoning adjustment in my opinion but nothing worth taking a star for.

I used Grubhubb today to order my food. I sent my son to pick it up and they denied it to him stating they need a code for him to get it. Ok I go myself show them the order in my phone, they have my order but the foods cold now! I request that it be remade. The kid up front is being smart mouth and refuses they call the owner and I speak with him and he states I have to cancel my order through grubhub and reorder it if I want it remade. So for a $40 dollar order you know is mine you decide to call me and my son a scammer and cause more inconvenience to your customer who orders here all the time. I left with no food and I will not be spending my money here anymore. The poor customer service was unbelievable. Grubhub did call to verify with them and my money was refunded by them. Apparently this is the new age of what customer service is.

If you want an actual burger, then go here. For a fresh-cooked, decent sized burger and good helping of curly fries, the price was just a few more dollars than the average fast food meal. Worth it. I'm not sad about the lack of fountain drinks (they have canned/bottled) as you don't have to worry about dirty drink lines.

I expected a greasy experience, so I ordered the Chili cheese fries cause, you know, been a while since my last stomach ache. Chili was good, but the fries were seasoned too much to serve as a Chili counterpart. Too salty, I couldn't finish.Other than that, good service.

The ?1/2lb. burgers are well cooked ? (no pink) always seasoned juz rt. The fries ? sometimes hv been chewy or hard for some reason but I mainly go for the Hawaiian ? or the lunch special to (save$1)?...juz a good ol fashioned tasting ? at this place frfr ??? yezzurskiParking: Ppl usually in/out NP...no issues with the parking at all

If I could give thisnmesquite location zero stars I would. The manager Von is ridiculous. I placed an order through Uber and the delivery guy brought the food super late and it was cold. I drove it to the restaurant and asked if they could remake it and they had to call and get permission from this clown of a manager . I spoke with him on the phone and asked if there was a way they could remake it fresh since it was cold and he said no and I needed to take this up with Uber . Uber informed me that I could take it to the restaurant and have this remade since they issued a partial refund. This “manager “ had the audacity to tell me “ What would you like me to do with the food you brought back , resell it?” In a comical manner. This wasn’t funny to me one bit. I told him I wanted them to remake it fresh if they could since I brought the food back , ALL OF IT. I’m sure he or the owner that I am sure he is related to , if it’s not him , will attempt to get under the post and clean up his ridiculous behavior and comments and try to make me look like a liar but I honestly could care less what he says, what’s done is done and what he said can’t be taken back. The very least he could have done was remake the food and take the cold food to save face . I will NEVER visit this store again nor recommend this place to anyone, customer service just isn’t where it should be these days . After I purchased the food again, (because my family wanted burger pop) he had the nerve to call his staff members and tell them to tell me to take the old food back. It’s fine if you didn’t want to remake the food, but all the extra sarcastic comments were unnecessary and truly make you more upset than you were. He has to be one of the worse “managers “ I’ve come across, but what goes up must come down. I don’t care for any response , because that clown will continue to be just as he is and nothing will be done.
