Okay so I got a cake YESTERDAY for my bday, the cake was nothing close on what we wanted, it was dry asf, it wasn’t even cute it kinda looked like it was alr made and they just wrote “happy birthday my name” anyways. My family has gotten cakes from here for quite a few years and the cake before mines was for my brothers and it sucked just like this one from yesterday. Long story short don’t recommend 😜

I went in ordered two cakes and only mentioned two colors for each cake (you would think it wouldn’t be difficult to understand) I go and pick up the cakes and guess what the colors are no where to see. When a customer ask for two colors only you would think that they would use said two colors to keep the customer satisfied. As I mentioned that they were wrong they actually had the audacity to say the color is there, it’s the small dots that can’t been seen. And the decorations are so plain and just pointless I had to go out of my way to go buy more decorations to ensure people understand the theme of the cake. Piece of advice when going to order a cake make sure they the person who’s helping you has some level of knowledge of what your saying so you leave satisfied and not having to fix the mistakes a “professional” bakery makes.

Ordered a cake for the first time a year ago. Cake was not what we ordered at all from the flavor to the icing and to top it off Workers were rude when this was brought up. didn't take it serious everyone has bad days so I let slide. Now a year later decided to give them another chance and they didn't even make the cake at all. Worst place ever save yourself your money and a headache and go somewhere else.

$115 for this. They charged $15 extra for decoration it turned out so ugly with that line in the middle. I asked for bright colors and was given pastels and some wannabe ombre or whatever it is they attempted. Another $15 because it was cookies and cream flavored and it was so dry. Unfortunately I wasn’t the one who picked up the cake or I would have not accepted it. I was given the option of picking it up at 10 a.m so I chose that time which is when they open but if this is what y’all give then maybe don’t start offering pick up times till after 11.

Today I picked up a cake, and although it was something unforeseen, they were not giving it to me to give me a horrible cake, the decoration seems to have been made by a kindergarten child, I asked for it blue and gold, I don't know why they added white, although I didn't ask for a design Specifically, I thought they were going to put effort into the decoration since it's been 15 years and even though I asked for WhatsApp to send a reference, they didn't give me the number. It's the most horrible cake I've ever seen in my life. If I was going to do it badly win and against time they would have told me so as not to waste my money, that cake is to be thrown in the trash

The lady there was super nice. We were looking for a last-minute cake for my grandma's birthday and when I got there they only had a blue and a white cake. I figured we would just have to make due and get the blue one but the staff went above and beyond and re decorated the cake in nice pink and purple. So that my grandma would have a good birthday cake. Definitely will come back

First of all over priced, I ordered 2 cakes the whole order process was a hassle and the lady taking my order didn’t even do it correctly. They called me the day of to ask about my order and confirm how I wanted it made. The cake was so mushy looked and tasted raw, didn’t even taste like cake and no body like it. It all went to the trash! To bad for the 103$ I payed! Consider making a cake from a box before ordering from here!
