The cake was okay. I payed extra for fruit and decoration. I waited over an hour after scheduled pick up time. I would not recommend look else where if you want better results in cake decoration. First photo is the inspo photo. Cost of cake $75.

My family always orders cakes for all our special occasions and cakes are always so pretty and delicious! Now, I am planning m wedding and went to order my cake in person. I was blown away with the outstanding customer service! Oh, and they treat their staff so good too! I had plenty of cake tasting and I cannot wait to see my wedding cake! I am absolutely sure I will be beyond pleased.

I ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday she asked for a strawberry cake. When I got the cake her name was spelled wrong. The cake was soaking wet and leaking the cake didn’t even taste right it was just nasty. When I told Iris about it she said that their cakes are made moist. My family has gotten cakes from there multiple times and it has never been like that. When I asked for a refund she only wanted to give me $25 dollars back out of the $75 I paid.

Iris makes DELICIOUS cakes! I had ordered a cake for my micro-wedding and for my sister’s birthday-everybody including myself were so impressed with the taste on both cakes! My sister said she loved her cake and rates it the best tres leches cake she has ever had! I highly recommend her for any cake/desert services as she also had let me try her banana pudding and other cake flavors.

We’ve ordered cakes here because my daughter has always requested it. We ordered a cake two years ago and the size was perfect. This year we tried to order the same size but were convinced it would be too small. It wasn’t. We wasted half of the cake and it was thrown out. I shouldn’t have listened to the lady upselling me and going against my better judgement. The cake was just a centerpiece because we had 50 gourmet cupcakes on towers ordered from another shop. However, the taste was good and the decoration was exactly how my daughter wanted it. The daughter of the owner is extremely kind, I can’t say the same for some of the employees who answer the phone; basic manners and customer service are significantly lacking. I don’t think I’ll be back because the price has gone up significantly. I can get a gourmet, beautifully decorated cake from a European bakery for less.

I am so upset with the quality of the cake it was full of sticks not only plastic but also wood something that could undoubtedly be dangerous when biting it apart from that the decorations were not edible it was full of small wires and balls of unicel several small ones took it to the mouth along with the wire this could be dangerous for the little guests and it was so embarrassing with my guests since several complained about the wire that brought the whole cake and advised me not to distribute it anymore

Candelaria’s made my wedding reception cake, let me start off by saying that their customer service is amazing. I was invited for a taste test to choose my cake flavors, even though I wanted to keep it simple - vanilla & chocolate. I am SO thankful she did that because I ended up going in a totally different direction once I tried the various cake flavors offered. THANK YOU! I sent her a design inspiration photo, we discussed in person and she really brought my vision to life. It truly turned out SO beautiful and tasted even better. It was perfect. Okay so I got a cake YESTERDAY for my bday, the cake was nothing close on what we wanted, it was dry asf, it wasn’t even cute it kinda looked like it was alr made and they just wrote “happy birthday my name” anyways. My family has gotten cakes from here for quite a few years and the cake before mines was for my brothers and it sucked just like this one from yesterday. Long story short don’t recommend 😜
