Bad service if you order takeout they don't get your order you sit around for an hour waiting on your food that never comes I will never order from them again

The food was great but the cashier cared more about her conversation with a coworker than taking our order.

I've been ordering from chans for years but tonight the driver actually asked for a tip. I ordered sesame chicken and it was burnt and it usual comes with brocoli but I got cabbage tonight. Will not order here again!

Portion sizes

I used to really love this Chinese spot back when I lived in the area. I usually hit up the Rockwall location, but I'd swing by this one every now and then. My go-to order was fried rice without pork and extra steamed broccoli. Last Thursday, I was nearby and didn’t feel like cooking, so I decided to grab a quick meal. It only took about twelve minutes for them to whip it up. But when I got home and opened it up, the rice smelled off, sort of burnt. And it tasted just as bad—really dry and lacking flavor. I was pretty let down with the meal. Not wanting to waste it, I packed up the leftovers and gave them to the homeless guy I see on my way to work.

What lacks in atmosphere, is made up in flavor!! I love Chan's. Been a customer for many many years!!!

I ordered from Chan's from time to time but always for delivery. It normaly takes close to 1 hour but I ordered yesterday and it took 2 hours to get my food. I called 15 times and all I got was a busy signal. I will not longer order from Chan's.

The cashier we spoke today was so kind. We were in the area for some farming business today. We stopped by Rio grande waiting on time to meet up for our pre-existing obligations. Drove through the parking lot and stopped so fast to take a chance for lunch.
The food was so good and stayed hot. I got the cashew chicken and it was so good. Variety of flavors and the bamboo shoots in there are always welcome in my book.

My only complaint was that there might need to be some sewage work done in the building. The smell went away after getting in the building, but it was pretty strong smelling in there.

Horrible place it sinks like sewage in there the food was made horrible no flavor rise was cold when served dirty plates and utensils very expensive for nasty food was served horribly food split over the plate

Clean and good food. Lunch plates give you a lot for your money.
