DO NOT GO HERE. This place is awful! I ordered some garlic parmesan wings and they where disgusting. I ate one and went to ask if I could switch them out for another flavor and the manager said no, because I ate one. Really, how am I supposed to know if I like something unless I taste it? He was really rude and super hostile for no reason. The cheesesteak my husband got was okay. No refills on the Lemonade. Save your money or go to a different location, this place could use better management.

The cashier ujjwal was very rude a bit hostile and impatient with customer's. I asked the cook if they put the jalapeños on sandwich he raised his voice then they starred me down while I ate will never return to location

I’m a regular at Charleys CheeseSteaks, but this visit left me very disappointed. On a 90-degree day, I asked for a complimentary cup of water and was told they “don’t do that,” and my only option was to buy bottled water — which wasn’t even a Charleys product. I ordered an old school regular with everything on it and if I tell you, it was bland it tasted like cooked meat and cheese whiz guys you got to do better, where is the flavor? I paid $12.99 for a sandwich only and I’m glad I did it because it was awful.
