Wow management like Corporate y’all need to get in here and give this night manager the boot we dinned in and a young black lady came in with a issue and he just argued with her. That is very bad for business this place doesn’t even have that great of reviews this dude has done nothing but run the register why the two ladies working with him do all the work .

Who else hates tol been rushed when you go to a new restaurant you trying to find out about...The only reason they get one start is because the food the franchise is phenomenal. I'mma tell you something customer service trash so called manager Rex he lied that's not his name but ok can't understand the words that are coming out of my mouth and act like it's my fault he rung up the wrong food and when he could of made it right he ignored me and said that what you ordered to late I already made it....then I asked for a refund because going back and forward with his was pointless I couldn't understand him he couldn't understand me he said No 🤔Nope Never NEVER EVER EVER EVER will I visit this location again but the food is tasty yehhh! Guess I will go to the one in Walmart off Hyw 80 maybe they will appreciate my hard earned money.

This was my first time being disappointed by Charley's. They apparently didn't have celery sticks available at this location, instead they charged us for cheese sticks. On top of that the presentation was horrible. Cheesesteak wasn't assembled like usual and they didn't add a pickle slice to my combo either. Their strawberry lemonade is usually my favorite but unfortunately I was disappointed by that as well.

My husband & I always pass by here but today we decided to stop and I must say I cant believe we didnt stop sooner! Food is soo delicious & Strawberry lemonade was chefs kiss! Lady & man behind counter were friendly. we cant wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

Service is poor *They refuse to give water. *They will not give bags for To-Go orders.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is awful! I ordered some garlic parmesan wings and they where disgusting. I ate one and went to ask if I could switch them out for another flavor and the manager said no, because I ate one. Really, how am I supposed to know if I like something unless I taste it? He was really rude and super hostile for no reason. The cheesesteak my husband got was okay. No refills on the Lemonade. Save your money or go to a different location, this place could use better management.

The cashier ujjwal was very rude a bit hostile and impatient with customer's. I asked the cook if they put the jalapeños on sandwich he raised his voice then they starred me down while I ate will never return to location

I’m a regular at Charleys CheeseSteaks, but this visit left me very disappointed. On a 90-degree day, I asked for a complimentary cup of water and was told they “don’t do that,” and my only option was to buy bottled water — which wasn’t even a Charleys product. For a loyal customer, refusing basic drinking water in extreme heat feels both unreasonable and unwelcoming
