Was undecided on which food place to get something from. I went with charleys! Good decision. I ordered the turkey bacon and cheese fries with bacon. It was all very good. Sandwich was perfect on portion size & fries were as well. Will be back!😊

Not worth it. Way over priced. Nothing like a real cheesesteak sub paid 25$ for a sub that looked like something that came out of a wrapper and into a microwave the meat looked microwave cooked and the cheese was regular nacho cheese out of a can . I regret spending almost 30$ on 1 meal here do not spend your money it is definitely not worth it bland food that is not authentic is not worth over 25$ per meal!!!. Sandwich is one price everything else like sides and drink is seperate.wish I would have took pictures the food was a joke definitely not buying again

Look I never give bad reviews but bro these guy charged me $42 for my food witch I wasn’t mad about it was the fact they machine wasn’t working and the payment went trough but pending but they told me it didn’t go trough then my girlfriend payed for the whole meal just for them to take the 42 from my account so I’m going there tomorrow to get my money back if they don’t they gonna get me my money back no matter what

I order my food on the mobile app and it said it was already ready, and I went to the place ready for pickup. By the time I went there I asked for my order and they told me it was by the end. I go by the end and I pick up it up and some Asian guy yelled at me and told me to put it back down when they specifically told me it was mine. After I got my food, the service completely ruin my experience there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone there.

Really bad customer service Patrick was very unprofessional I paid 33 and he said it didn’t go through but it took it out of my account and said he wasn’t going to give me a refund and didn’t give me my food !!!

Horrible owner doesn't honor receipt survey for free drink false advertising.Just a heads cameras don't work . Quality of food is horrible don't do it never see them wash there hands .
Charley's is good, this place is not. (1/2/23 6:45pm) The workers put talking to eachother before letting you know your food is ready, they didn't even bother to call my order or anything. . Also my fries were just missing ranch that I asked for, soI went back and asked if I could get ranch on them and the worker retorted back "that's not what I heard you say" instead of just apologizing and fixing it for me. Told them they probably would have heard me if she was listening and not worried about having a conversation with her coworker while making my food. Didn't wait for an apology or any type of customer service cause these employees can't give it. Don't come here, choose a different location.

Great experience. Charlie's is good but sometimes Charlie's doesn't taste like a restaurant... this time was a great experience. Hot cheese steak hot loaded fries. Great price. Keep it up!
Parking: Parking lot in Town east mall parking lot. This place is crowded but it's worth it once you get inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators gives access to people who otherwise wouldn't have the ability to climb stairs.
