Honestly the worst chick fil a experience I’ve ever had. The cashier? (dude in dark gray) punched in a different combo order but I saw past it. The forgot our drinks. The kids meal didn’t have a toy and animosity looks were given. I’m not sure if the girl in gray was having a bad day but you could tell she was bothered. Awfully a lot of problems for three people in gray shirts at the front.

I really enjoy chick fill A all the time but this last time I went I ordered a spicy deluxe meal and my burger had only the bottom bread😭. I understand the workers were in a rush and I already was home when I checked my food so that's my fault but still it was funny😹

I usually don't have to write a bad review on Chick-fil-a but, this is my 2nd time ordering and the first time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 3 piece strips they forgot my strips. The second time they put all the food in the bag but forgot my sauces that I asked for. Usually chick-fil-a does a good job not messing up orders. And if you try to call the store, no one ever answers the phone just goes straight to vm. Not happy with this chick-fil-a at all !!!!!!! On door dash orders please slow down and check order to make sure everything is right, some people can’t come in person is why they’re ordering door dash very upsetting to get your order for the second time and it isn’t correct and you can’t even call the store because they won’t answer the phone .

First time customer service hasn't been nice at a Chick Fil A. I ordered a sandwich and the chicken was a bit undercooked and bread looked old and felt apart. I returned it and the employee looked rude and didn't even said sorry, I got a new sandwich but the lady did not seemed nice at all towards me or anyone, really.
Stopped here with the kids while at the mall. Bread is definitely not normal bread. Every time we picked it up there was mayo and grease all over our ringers bc the bread kept breaking apart. My 3 yr old had bread crumbs pretty much and kept trying to put his sandwich back together which he gets really stressed out about ?. Were used to eating chick fil a in the car with no issues. They don’t have the table plastic covers for kids like most locations so had to keep asking for napkins so I could try to build somewhere clean for them to lay their food while eating. Tables were dirty, and spicy chicken wasn’t spicy like normally.

Who the heck gets freaking potato chips at Chic-fil-A… had no idea it was an option. I was craving the fries, i got chips instead!!! So gross and why is this the automatic choice when ordering online?? Chic-fil-a is now closed and I am stuck with 2 bags 3$ potato chips and no fries. Im literally crying. WHY CHIC FIL A??? WHY?
