This Chick-Fil-A location is a little slow as other people may mention, however these workers are CONSTANTLY busy during mall hours and, from experience, I know that can be very stressful. Every time I come here they really get through that line fast and almost always do great when it comes to food quality and service. I recently came here on 08/05/25 and I would just like to say that Jerry Bell is very pleasant to talk to. He is one of the best cashiers in fast food I've ever met being very polite, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I believe he deserves a raise and at the very least more respect. Great job guys!

I would definitely ask your young teens and young adults about how the owner treats them. Last week, I went to get lunch and witnessed Sam, the owner, harshly disciplining a young adult in front of everyone. I believe this is not appropriate, considering Chick-fil-A has very high standards for being a kind company.

I stopped at this location with my daughter around dinner time, and Iāve never had to leave before finishing our food due to the disrespect and inappropriate behavior I witnessed. We were in the middle of our dinner when we saw two of their employees I believe by the name Karen and Brianna (from their name tags) being extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards another girl. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation to witness. Itās the complete opposite behavior that we would expect from a āChick-fil-A employeeā. Itās extremely unfortunate to see young girls like this put bad fame on such a good franchise.
