Great service and clean restaurant but why they don’t have a play ground 🥹🥹 I don’t eat inside no more since my kids are not able to play 🥲other than that everything is great

I ALWAYS use the mobile app to order my food but I guess there’s recently been an update. I didn’t realize until I got up to the speaker box that I needed to scan my QR code.
I told her I had a mobile order and she told me I was in the wrong line. I informed her that it didn’t look like there was access to get to the other line and her response was “yes there is because several people have already done it.” I kindly asked if I had to go back around and she said yes.
In order for me to go back around, I would have had to get on the main street again to get back into Chic Fil A. I clearly didn’t realize there were two separate lines but it seems like she should have just allowed me to proceed (at least that would have been good customer service).
I didn’t have time to drive all the way back around, so I cancelled my order. It was very disappointing because I usually don’t experience customer service like that at Chic Fil A.

Spoke to someone by the name of Cody, “GM” asked for waffle fries & would not place the order due to it being 10:25am. Being an employee and ex-manager at chick fil a for 15 years. I did not mind waiting 15 min or the length it took to get some. When I was on their team at the highest volume location. I would place the order red flag it and have the customer wait. The way he didn’t even come up with solutions, immediately rode me off. Was extremely condescending when asking for his operators info. I’ve been to this location several times and always had a great experience. I’m a verified tour guide and I would recommend taking the extra drive to the Sunnyvale location. People there are 10 out of 10.

As customizable as you dare, with a smile! Food here is consistently hot and fresh, and plenty comes for a good price. Chik fil a is always a good choice.

Tried this mobile app and apparently someone couldn’t read as I order large fries and drink with my meal and got medium fries.

This location constantly messes up orders if you have modifications. They also never give you the sauce you ask for on the app. If you are using the app I recommend another location.

Kid-friendliness: Unfriendly, poor servicep. The team lead was rude . Then the first manager was rude . I didnot understand his requist. Then another manager said he would comp my meal. Then didn't . He would interrup me while I was speaking.

Eleven cars placed their order before the two employees talking to other staff coming to work decided to take my order.Gas not cheap waiting.No change.Asked for sauce and give you something you didn't ask for.But they have new people training so we shouldn't mind.
