I had an amazing experience at Chilis thanks to our server, Jose C. (Long curly hair) From the moment we were seated, he was attentive and efficient - our order was taken right away and we never had to ask for refills. This was our second time visiting Chili’s and Jose made it a great experience by offering recommendations, all of which were delicious. He consistently checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. His excellent service truly stood out and made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.

Racist. We were not approached or seated until another couple arrived. Then we were sat in a closed section, so no waitress ever came to our table. We didn’t receive an apology—only, “Well, technically that section was closed,” as if we had seated ourselves.” Never coming here again thanks !

I always have awful service at this location, I went again for convenience because my family lives in the area but never again. Young kids working there talk to guest like they're talking to a peer. It takes 20-30 mins to even get a refill in your drink, there is no really followup at your table until they remember you're there. It's super annoying. Not going back, my family will have to drive to a different location!! Absolute trash place!

5 Stars — Sierra & Christian were amazing! My partner and I had a wonderful night here great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service. After we left, he realized he lost his wallet. We called and Sierra and Christian found it right away with everything still inside. They truly went above and beyond!

We are deeply upset to have to leave a review like this, When we first arrived we got seated almost immediately, then it took an additional 20 minutes for the server to come and ask us if we wanted drinks or appetizers we said 2 beers she said the bar was a bit backed up so it might be a while (15 minutes) we said thats fine and proceeded to look at the menu, the first time around they got my order wrong so they sent it back and it took another 20ish minutes for them to bring it back our correct, then my husband had a chicken crisper that was all breading.. And the second one he bit into was completely undercooked and pink.. and on top of all of that our server only checked on us once and never gave us utensils we had to ask for them.. I can easily say this was the worst visit we've ever had at chili's.
