I was so disappointed with my order today. I ordered a steak bowl for pick up. I ordered it with lettuce, brown rice, sour cream, queso, pinto beans, and the corn salsa... tell me why I get home.. ready to eat, and to my surprise, they gave me a white rice bowl with sour cream, queso and a tiny bit of lettuce.... none of the other stuff I ordered was in there! I've never been that disappointed in an order before. Definitely not going to this place again.

The food was good. The only thing that I had problem with was the lady at the first station. She kept pushing my order up the the person in front of me and when I said to her that I am not with him she smarted off and said I that. But if knew that why were you pushing me plate up next to his.

I went in for the first time to this chipotle and was highly dissapointed. It was dirty in the kitchen, and the food line was dirty. i was greeted with “i dont have pico and lettuce” and when asked to grab more the lady refused. I asked her to grab more from the back and she looked annoyed. Left, then came with just pico. Refusing to bring lettuce even after asking again. I asked for guac and she looked annoyed she had to grab some too. More people walked in and were unsatisfied with the lack of replenished items. I will never go back to this chipotle. And as a food service manager for the Centurion Lounge i know good service and experience, and this wasnt close to any of those.
My steak burrito has a lot of fat but that's not the norm. Probably still recommend

The door dash driver left with our food, even though our instructions were to leave it at door. I have it on our camera. WTH Chipotle & Door dash??? The driver even had the audacity to write a message in Spanish on the track your order....saying personally delivered to recipient.....uhm NO he didn't. Thief!!
