So after my workout I decided to get some chipotle. This is the closest one near me. I get what I normally get and love the Vinaigrette to go along with my meal. Right before Carolyn rung me up. I saw the security that works there get his food and he had like 3 Vinaigrette sauces on his plate. I then asked Carolyn for 2 Vinaigrette sauces and she said they were out. I was very disappointed. Now Carolyn did go in the back and check for me which I appreciated but I couldn’t get with that. I took my food to the car and came back and asked for a manager.The manager came out and TOLD ME TO MY FACE that they had 10 Vinaigrette sauces in the back but she couldn’t give me one. I said, your customers can’t have one? She said nope and this is where I am. The service is sloppy and she didn’t even apologize or say anything that would make a paying customer feel better. I won’t ever come here again.

Meats could use more seasoning/flavor. Usually I get barbacoa and it seems like lacking flavor every time. Tried carnitas last visit with same issue lacking flavor. Sorry .
You did me wrong, Chipotle. We stopped by for a quick lunch, and we each ordered chicken bowls with guac and a side of chips. The people behind the counter looked miserable working there. I remember working at Chipotle way before it became the big chain it is now. I worked there when they opened their first location in Colorado Springs. Back then, everything was different. Today, the food tasted bland and rushed. Everything just didn't have that chipotle flavor I'm used to. What really ruined it for me was the hot salsa. I asked for hot salsa, and the girl gave me so much that it hurt to eat my bowl. 1/2 of my food went into the trash because all i could taste was hot salsa. Chips could have been made a little better, too. We had about 3 to 5 chips that had salt, and the rest were naked chips. You would think that for the price you would get a good meal but not anymore. The entire floor was super dirty, and the drink station was a total train wreck. The rent-a-cop by the door also made me question the place.

My experience with the staff and the food was horrible. I decided to have Chipotle for my Valentines Day ? dinner. When I walked up to the counter, the server was talking to her coworker and seemed a little annoyed that I interrupted her conversation. After the rocky start of her trying to talk while I was ordering, I finally got my white rice and then the horror. I looked down at the beans ?, the sofritas, and it was just gross; cross contamination everywhere. The next server was an elderly woman, and I couldn't hear what she said. But, by the time I figured out what she was asking me, her younger ruder coworker spoke up. By that time, I had enough, and when i got home, my sofritas had bits of steak in it, the half of a handful of chips were in a bag that looks to have been used. I had to scrape off a large portion of the top because the server (the one that i couldn't hear) pour salsa all over my bowl. Needless to say, my mood, my night, and dinner were ruined.I will have to either give up Chipotle or change locations......OK, I will change locations.

My bowl was accurate and double meat if not a little more like I asked (yes it was extra but the portion was really good!) I got guac, chips, and a Izzy. My food was delivered through dash dash via the app and everything was smooth.

Usually always had a great experience until today their employee Nora was rude calling people names and talking back when I call the manager was like talking to a rock because I was mad obviously because Nora said she wouldnt serve to trash(yeah she called me trash) i was livid never been treated like that! So the manager proveeded to KICK ME OUT AND ASKED SECURITY TO WALK ME OUT never even apologized.
