Vegetarian options: Fresh, not fast food taste ... in a super fast-paced atmosphere. Definitely takeout and dine in peace ... super yummy and filling. Choices and flavors abundant!

I just walked out of this location with no food. I order online because, physically. I can't stand too long. I wait until after pick up time so that I give them time to prepare my order. Tonight I waited in the restaurant for about 10 minutes after arriving about 10 minutes after the pick up time. An employee cleaning counters checked twice for my order. The second time, the employee checking people out found my ticket on the floor. I watched her while waiting as she had torn tickets off and tossed them aside. When both employees saw the ticket, her comment was "How did that get there?" SHE THREW IT ON THE FLOOR THATS HOW. I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. She made no effort to correct the situation. She could have fixed my bowl, apologized and thanked me. Instead she offered me a number I could call to get my refund. I left without the number and will not return to this store. Bought dinner at nearby Sonic and will eat that instead.
Terrible. Grill tables disgusting. Grill cook, had no measurements when mixing rice and veggies, lead to extra salty and way too much lime in white rice. Steak and chicken pans stacked on top off the grill, not containing its proper heat temperature. Having to call for "line" consistently. Every table for customers to sit at were dirty. 3 tall dirty dishes pile's on grill table, doesn't even take it to dishes in the back. Manager does not help on line when very busy in front, literally having just 1 dml order that is due until 20 min out. Over food bad, no measurements just eyeballing it, the cleanliness (there was no cleanliness), wait time (over 20 min in line). Field leader needs to come out asap at random times and inspect.

Amazing great choice to come eat at Joselyn, Ana and Raul plus staff were so helpful service was quick , restaurant was clean and food was so good.

It has been a while since Iâve been to a Chipotle, but I used to go a lot. I donât know if this is the new normal, or even indicative of this establishment, but I found the chicken to be extremely rubbery and chewy. The queso, which I used to love, was bland and tasteless.

So, I am currently at Chipotle off hwy 80 in Mesquite and I went to order the Smoked Brisket burrito and my daughter had a chicken bowl. Of course they donât give you a standard portion of meat bc they already are required to sign contracts about not giving a lot of meat to make the customer ask for extra. Anywho, I asked for extra smoked brisket. So she proceeds to finish up my order. My total came to 31.88. So of course Iâm like geez. Only to look at my receipt and see I was charged $7.95 for another spoon of brisket. Outrageous! Especially since there was no stickers on the window saying how much an extra portion of meat was. So I asked the nasty cashier ESTRELLA at the end how much was the portion and why itâs not advertised she smartly said oh itâs on the sticker. WHICH CLEARLY IT IS NOT. I went back to look to make sure I didnât overlook and nope nothing was there stating that extra smoke brisket portion was 7.95$ I told her nothing was there and she just arrogantly said âOhâ and laughed with a coworker. Very unprofessional. I felt in that moment she was saying oh well not my problem youâve already paid for it. I get that you guys will make money regardless but the attitudes of some of the employees needs to be checked. & I think that more portions should be given as the company has already been called out on this and they are overly priced for lack of professional service and food !

The service at Chipotle is always top-notch. The staff are friendly, efficient, and keep things moving quickly, even during busy times. The quality of the food is consistently great, and I appreciate how well-organized and fast-paced everything runs.
I know some people get frustrated with portion sizes, but itâs important to remember that the employees are just following the rules set by the company. Complaining about things like paying for double meat or extra guac doesnât change those policiesâit just wastes everyoneâs time and, frankly, makes things awkward for everyone involved. The team members are just doing their jobs, and I think itâs unfair to take out frustration on them.
At the end of the day, This Chipotle offers great food with fresh ingredients, and if youâre willing to follow the guidelines, youâll have a great experience every time. Iâll keep coming back because the food is worth it, and the staff deserve respect for the hard work they put in.

I do not understand why they think one spoonful of meat will do it when you want no beans. Everyone do not eat beans, and they want to charge 15.00 for rice meat and corn. No thank. This is the only location charging you. Keep paying these redisuous prices.
