They skimp like crazy! I know chipotle has a bad record of this, but this location specifically is insanely stingy when it comes to portions. I asked for double meat and they gave me the same as I normally get for single meat.
They were skimping when it came to the other stuff too. When I asked for some more corn (which is supposed to be free) the worker caught an attitude and just walked away, then some other worker had to come and finish my order.

This location has never really been very efficient. Walked in tonight a little after 6:30 and was told they were only taking online orders. Service is very slow, food is often not packaged neatly. If you live in mesquite just go to the Town East location.

My sister picked up an Oder for me today about 3:00. There was something in the order that has peppers. My order was chicken, black beans, rice, quamola and veggies. I couldn’t eat it because it has peppers.

Great experience tonight. I went in around 5 pm and had to write a review for how impressed I felt after finishing my meal. The attention was fast, understandable and understanding which are all great. But the food was what made the whole experience! I went in for a promotional deal I was sent through email for the holidays and wow was my grandmother and I happy we went. The limited time carne asada was fantastic and the other ingredients were very fresh!

By far the worst location of chipotle I have ever been! The lady on the service line was horrible! She was selfish with her portions to the point I had to ask for more and I would pay for it. That is when she finally gave me actual normal portions size! Go to the one on Town East if you want actual portion size and not kid size portions.

I came and ordered a bowl and as the girl in the line was making my order the bigger woman with drawn on eyebrows got mad at the girl making my bowl and it ruined the friendly atmosphere. After this incident the bigger woman gave me a dirty look? I won’t be coming back.
