Went in there manager was on the phone texting she saw me just standing there looked at me and didn’t say a word. At the end I asked for pepper and cheese I said thank you still didn’t get no response. Attitude and customer service is just awful just one young lady was aware of everything and smiled at us. Will not ever return to this location.

I came to dine in shortly after 9PM and was told I couldn't do so, even though they do not close til 10PM

The individual up front stated that the employees needed to be able to leave on time after close and I informed him I was only one person and was not going to stay past close, but that wasn't enough for him

He proceeded to refuse service and I walked out

Whoever the manager of this establishment is needs to know that a place is open during their hours of operation and if they don't want to handle normal customers, change your hours on Google

I've been going to this location for a long time and have NEVER experienced this issue before, so I wonder why I am experiencing it now

Whoever the owner is please check on your employees. My husband & I took our boys to eat here and the manager Samantha decided to have a one on one with an employee named Lauren right behind our booth. I felt sad for the lady because the way Samantha (GM) belittled her was wrong. Lauren barely spoke and you could tell by her tone she felt undermined and uncomfortable. The manager basically threatened her by saying to watch what she said because at the end of the day anything she said would get back to her. Very condescending didn’t empathize with how the employee felt disrespected and she might of caused trouble because of it. She also mentioned how she only had a few kids working there, but only cause she could control them. Yeah I was baffled. She needs to pay attention to the quality that is being served because the pizza was old and hard the employees were on their phone and no hairnets were being worn. Anyone can have a tittle of a GM but rarely do you find those who actually follow through on their role and true leadership traits. Do better please train your leaders.

Management is sometimes rude here but other than that everyone else seems friendly. Wish they’d list that their buffet closes at 9, even though they’re open until 10!

Came to this Covid with my family. The food was horrible. First they didn’t have food ready to serve then the food was cold. It looked like it was sitting there for a long time. The people in the kitchen had no hair net and were on there phone. I never saw no one wash there hands. But the worst part a manager was sitting behind us talking with a team member. I over heard that manager threatening the team member about not following chain of command. The team member was crying. That’s not what leadership is about. If you guys need leadership lessons please contact me.

Today, Pam went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and made sure we had everything that we needed. She made our day !

Cicis Pizza is always a great experience. The place is clean, welcoming, and perfect for families. The staff keeps the dining area spotless and the buffet well-stocked, so everything feels fresh. The variety of pizzas, salads, and desserts makes it easy for everyone to find something they like. It’s a comfortable spot to relax, enjoy good food, and spend time with family. Definitely a dependable and enjoyable choice!

This place needs new managers. They literally will ask the name of your order, not check for it, walk away, talk to each other in your face, ask the name again, NEVER CHECK. Then you see it was ready from the moment you walked in cause another employee just grabs it. They both had curly hair and managements shirts on. If ya don’t have hospitality don’t work in food!! Being mean to little girls asking for a coke too saying “you had one already, can’t have another.” Like girl… sad.

Been a Cici’s fan for as long as I can remember. This visit will not deter me from dining at their other locations, but maybe not for a while. A hair in the pizza, we cleaned our own table as there were no clean table available, and their pizza roations were kept till they were completely dry. The crazy thing is that their GM was there having a an online meeting.

We’ve always enjoyed the food and service at this location, and it’s been our go-to because it’s close to home. Unfortunately, after our recent visit, we’ll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.
1. My husband and kids arrived before I did and ordered a pizza. The employee never wrote the order down, so I had to remind them twice. By the time the pizza finally came out, we were already ready to leave.
2. My son found a hair on his pizza, extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
3. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it, the excuse given was that they had a new bus boy. That’s not an excuse for poor cleanliness or management.

Overall, this experience was very unpleasant. Poor service, unsanitary conditions, and lack of accountability from management. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.
