Just watched the man in the kitchen make someone’s pizza with bare hands, top it with lettuce with his bare hands, and then serve it to a guest. Use gloves! We don’t know where your hands have been.

We held a birthday party here for about 18 people. While we informed the associate at the front, she insisted on physically counting everyone, creating unnecessary chaos and a long line behind us. It felt very inefficient and she seemed distrustful and confused by our headcount. The rest of our visit was fine; the food was decent, and the manager was a highlight, stopping by to wish our little one a happy birthday and even giving her a play card.

Terrible service last night I went with my family of 8 people...the cashier was distracted I told her there are 8 of us charging 5 I told her they are missing pass my card again I charge 2 He left me one without charging again, he swiped the card, I was already upset, he doesn't pay attention, I told him there are 8 of us... We went in to take the table Serca Delos games there was water thrown from the entrance of the bathrooms to the entrance of the game ... I stopped I told him well 2 cleaning is in vain my daughters fall ... or someone else I just went I look and I never cleaned in the 2 hrs I mean I was there in the games ... they never cleaned ... the people the children stepping in the water risking getting hurt ... there was no variety of pizzas I arrived at 7 pm I asked them a Hawaiian and they never gave mela I only had a soup 3 slices thinking that mela arian and it wasn't like that ..it's very sad one goes and goes out to have a pleasant time and it was very bad service...there were so many in the kitchen and a single young girl cleaning putting dishes together throwing away garbage...there was no clean cutlery...in short a terrible service Besides, another couple told them that there was something lying at the entrance that they will clean it up.. They should talk to their workers and ensure that they provide good service...and ensure that their clients are safe...a fall, a blow to the head due to a slip, can be very delicate...

I would give you 1 star but you have a young female manager who saved you a bad review I called and asked for a half taco half buffalo pizza the girl said they can’t do that because there is no button on the screen I told her just tel the cook they know she said they can’t u walked in talked to a shift manager he gave me the same bs about the button and they can’t do it. I eat at the other mesquite location and they make the order all the time. After going inside and asking for the real manager he told me she was busy and I told him to go get her regardless 20 second I talked to this lady she was a little pissed because she was busy she was blunt and said there’s no button but I’ll ring it in another way and I said ok it’s that simple she went on being passive aggressive and a little rude saying how she didn’t have time as if it was my problem her staff doesn’t know what to do she said it’s cause I asked for a half pizza then after talking to her staff realized I asked for a split pizza they just didn’t have a button just don’t know how to put a note on the order and tell the cook this is why I stopped coming here and drive 15 min away instead of 3 min if I want Cicis

The pizza is great and the salad but the place is nasty. The floor is dirty and the soda fountain is a mess!
The food was good and fresh because we had gotten there as soon as they opened. However, they opened the doors to the restaurant without any pizza ready. They opened at 11am that day, we walked in at 11am and we had to wait for pizza to be baked.

I usually don’t have problems here, but I did start to notice that they begin to close two hours before they actually do. They’ll close off a side and crowd everyone on the other limiting places where customers can sit. They are also very slow at taking food out. Workers walk past food that needs to be filled and ignore it.
