My food was good. My only complaint is being hoodwinked at the register. I was asked if I wanted to become a rewards member and I said “NO”… the employee then says “ just put your number in to see if you have points” and guess what … I had 50 points because I just signed up as a member and immediately got text messages that I was trying to avoid.

The desserts are great, I go here because they’re eggless.🍪
However I must say that service is declining. I ordered a couple of cookies and a pack of mini cinnamon rolls. The guy while ringing me up to pay asked me three times what I was getting. I noticed that he was engaged in a conversation with an other lady working there. She had my frosting for the cinnamon rolls and couldn’t even bring it to me until I asked. Them both couldn’t pay attention to the one ☝🏼 customer who was in the store. 🤦‍♂️

I went in to get 2 day old Cinnamon rolls. I asked for icing for both Cinnamon rolls. I noticed that the girl was charging me for each icing . I asked her when did they start charging for icing. She told me that it had always been that way. She was rude and disrespectful!! I will never buy anything from that location again!!! I will tell any and everyone about my experience!

Love, love, love Cinnaholic! The Old Skool roll is a classic and the Coffee Cake Roll is my fave. Tried the Pumpkin Spice Roll too, and the Pumpkin Bread is amazing. The fact that it's all vegan is even more amazing. This place is my new go-to for a sweet treat.

The girls that work here are extremely lazy. I came in 30 minutes before they closed and they told me they couldn’t make the cinnamon roll I wanted because they had already put everything up…. SMH, two days before I came at the same time and I was able to get the roll I wanted. Puuuuuure laziness and horrible customer service.

Awe man! As a pregnant woman with a craving I would have took anything. I got here 9min before closing hoping go get something to satisfy my sweet tooth. I’ll try again and adjust my stars but that sure makes me sad.

I came to the store at 8:30pm. Their open sign is on and the store is advertised being open until 9. The online ordering service is still turned on accepting orders. However the store was locked, lights out and empty. The store is closed early with no sign or notice for why. Very frustrating after spending my time and gas money coming to the store.

I love Cinnaholic! You can not go wrong with the Old Skool Roll, but they also have multiple other cinnamon rolls and various toppings to choose from. The rolls are always warm, buttery, and soft. The icing is decadently sweet and creamy. The employees are always kind, offer samples, and give great recommendations when I want to try something new. 10/10 reccomend if you’re looking for a sweet treat.

This place is so good. Went here on a whim, and was blown away. It has become an every 2 week treat in our household. I cannot believe it's vegan, it is that good. We love just plain with cream cheese frosting, or any of the fruit options on the menu.
I don't understand how people are not liking these cinnamon rolls, but everyone has different tastes. Def not anything less than 3 stars though.
I've traveled the world, worked in some of the best restaurants, I've worked with some of the top pastry chefs here in Dallas, and I cannot believe that there is a cinnamon roll place that is this good, with so many solid options, in Mesquite, TX!
Cinnamon rolls have always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, our dad would bring us a cinnamon roll from Grandy's if we got a good report card (and this is a million years ago 😆). This place invokes that same great memory, and tastes more sophisticated. 🙂

Right now, my jam has been with raspberry frosting, almonds, and fresh raspberries.

I have some strawberries that need to get eaten, so we're sharing one for breakfast, with strawberry frosting. Some coffee, yogurt. And a bite of heaven. Sounds like a good way to start the day and find a little joy.

Thank you, Cinnaholic! We love you and are gonna keep coming back.
