Look I love this restaurant and it has great food, I’ve been to the Phoenix and Houston and they are always so lovely and kind. That can further from the truth at the one here In Dallas, the staff was rude and said they didn’t have water only bottled water that we needed to pay for another, the lady who was attending us never came back after dropping off our food (it wasn't busy at all) and the manager or bouncer at the place looked almost annoyed that we were there. Mind you we came in 3 hours before closing.

I will never be back at this location and urge others to not visit this place

I won't be able to comment on the food as we left not too long after we got there. We sat down and ordered out drinks. Our waitress was very kind. No more than we got our water, the band started playing. It was SO loud you couldn't hear the waitress and I couldn'thear my friend. Even my friends iPhone went off and stated being in that kind of environment for too long could cause one to go deaf! 🤯🤯 I was bummed as I had my mind set on the shrimp and octopus but will have to come back when the band isn't playing. Honestly, I'm not sure why anyone would want to go when the band is playing as loud as it was and how they even can hear to do business. 🫤🤔

Everything is great, the love music is just a little too loud though.

On Thursday night we went to dinner in Culichi Town Mesquite. The truth is that everything was going super well, the band was fantastic, good atmosphere, the problem was when we wanted to grab our check we didn't look at our waitress so I wanted to go to the bathroom to see if I saw her on the way there, but to my surprise I stopped at the wrong time, just as I was passing by I noticed that the waitress slapped the manager tremendously, the truth is I felt so bad how can a place like that go through that type of situation, I didn't even mention it to our friends until we were on the way home. That manager put on a great show and the waitress was so friendly at the beginning, what bad taste of the staff. Thanks to that we will not return to that place, bad experience and shame, we were good customers

The atmosphere was horrible! We went on the weekend & the band is so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my family! We had ordered & the server couldn’t even hear us & the order was wrong. My kids had their ears covered & started crying & they love to dance & it was so loud we had to leave. We will never go back!!! I did order an horchata & it was amazing! My daughter loved the sushi but we couldn’t stay the music was too loud to enjoy! We love places with live bands but that was to the extreme!

HUGE MONEY GRAB PLACE
1st time visiting and we were told that valet parking was needed to park in front of the restaurant … then proceeded to tell us that they mights tow our cars in the “free” section. Not even inside the restaurant when they already want to cash out on just plain visiting their restaurant. Live band $30 per song… photographer insisting on monetizing for taking a picture. Can’t eat in peace when they are people just looking to profit out of you. My husband ordered the pescado zarandeando and tasted HORRIBLE!!! Mind you this is a $35 PLATE. All about money, will not be visiting again.

They got the whole concept of this restaurant confused. You’re paying fine dining prices on normal Mexican foods. But it’s like a club inside! You have to use sign language to order your food lol. The music gets super annoying and they charge you for everything. Don’t get the shots that they hype up. It’s overpriced and don’t take a picture because that too is overpriced. Bring your own water they charge you for water. Instead of the usual water in a cup. They give you Dasani bottle water. It ain’t no Fiji water so no need to pay $3 for it. The food was ok just looked dance but nothing too fancy about it. The kids meal comes in a box. I’m sure you have to pay for the box too. Overall I’m going somewhere else.

The music is WAY too loud, I could barely hear my husband and he was sitting right next to me. food is average. Expensive for what it’s worth.

They should update their hours on Google, they close at 10, not 11….
