“We had a problem with our delivery (Uber driver was responsible) and when I called to report my concern, they were professional, understanding, and went out of their way to correct the issue even though it was the delivery driver’s fault. So grateful for the great customer service - thank you!!“

“I visited today to stock up on some buntletts. I had an awful experience on my birthday with my cake and candles. I spoke with Marco, manager on duty and he listen and fixed the situation. In the years I have been visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes, I am still a faithful customer. Sometimes just bringing the issue to their ears they will fix the problem. Thank you Marco for making me a very blissful customer. I will be back for more Cakes.
