This place is the worst. Customer service is non existent
poor service, rude customer service, said it was gonna take 45/55 min for my order to be delivered called after waiting an hour and half for them to tell me it would be at least 45 min. more that there website is off it should have said an hr to 2 hrs. when I explained that I've already waited an hr and half and 45 min (at minimum) was way longer than 1-2 it was more like 2-3 hrs. she was rude and couldn't explain why it would be so long when the ap already said it was done, she...read full review
I have always used this store and have always been pleased, today was another story. We ordered salads for the family we waited over an hour then called twice and ask to speak to the manager. The person on the phone said there was orders in front of mine and I could wait or cancel the order. The manager was to busy to come to the phone so I left my number for the manager to call me back that was at 1pm still no call!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
