Spent too much money on pizza because I was in a rush and needed dinner quick, after almost 2 hours I call and politely ask if I can pick it up instead, only to be told they would have to cancel my online order and refund within 3 business days and that I would have to pay again at pick up. WTH this store has sucked for so long and just needs to be put out of its misery. The customer service is bogus.

Ok. Everything has been great, but I agree, their pizza cutting skills?, are poor. At best. Whatever your cutting process is, do it twice! ? Or!, apply more pressure when cutting? Get sharper blades or cutters!? Figure it out please, or I'll have to add a pizza cutter to my truck's tool box!! ?
Parking: Parking gets full, quick and often. Most come and go pretty quick, look twice, go once!?
So last like four times I've come through my pizza is still a full pie and when I get home I have to cut it my self I don't know if they don't have sharp blades or that they are going to fast and or just don't care I called was on hold for five minutes after I had just left and there were five people in the building but needless to say if you order here make sure you got a fully cut pizza or have a sharp knife at home.
