I asked for one single shot decaf light ice and they filled up with ice to the top and was more than one shot of caffeine when I strictly told them more tyan twice only one single shot of decaf the employees instead of making sure they’re doing their job were just playing around

The workers there are always so nice and friendly. The bad thing is they almost always do my drink wrong 😞 It’s also weird they always ask for tip before I get my drink. I’m not tipping before I know you do it right. Sadly, I won’t be coming here anymore.
