I used love coming to this El Fenix. Not anymore. Service was slow l. Never hot my tea refilled. And the food ??. I got the Borana Samplers. Got 4 greasy burnt flautas, 4 fajita nachos where the steak was cut into big cubes and the chicken nachos were so cheesy and cold. I had a taco and the meat was disgusting. It's wrap for me. Never again.

Me and my family went there for lunch today. The food was great but our waitress, Jennifer L., was the best! Make sure to ask to get seated in her section next time you go. She took great care of us!
WHO IS KEEPING THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS? Do your taste buds work? Do you care about what goes into your mouth? The salsa made storebought jarred salsa taste good. Flavorless queso and soup. Soggy fries for my kid’s food. Everything and every dish we tried was just disappointment after disappointment. This made Applebees taste gourmet. Whoever thinks this place is “good”, ya’ll keep going back. We prefer to eat GOOD food.
