Firehouse Subs Mesquite Town Center

First time we went to this place it seemed happy and pleasant the cashier seemed very impatient on us ordering and when my husband got his food there was mold all over the bread and they tried to convince us that they just got that bread in on Friday there's no way in hell we're going back a refund would have been acceptable but instead he got a smaller sandwich that he refused to eat needless to say we both got sick after eating here it felt like food poisoning. We could not stop vomiting we are just now able to hold food down very disappointed in this place Subway is way better. This place doesn't even offer flatbread not to mention the meat was raw

I had ordered 2 subs(LG Italian and a LG hook and ladder) on 12/15/2025. Which both should have been warm but they were cold and SOGGY! They fell apart the second they were picked up. When I tried to call the store noone answered the phone. So then I went thru the app to try to get ahold of customer service. They responded and said they would have the manager contact me. Needless to say the manager never did contact me. It is now 12/17/2025 and STILL nothing from the manager. So I called the store. Who ever the manager (never gave her name!) is she told me I needed to bring the food in for them to do anything about the issue! She also said I should have called that day. Which I had multiple times and NOONE answered. Then she said I should have came in. Well I didnt have a vehicle nor can i drive since i am on medication that does not allow me to drive safely. I still have the receipt, and I have screenshots of my issues sent to, the basically non existent, customer service. This place is a joke! I used to love firehouse. But this location has gone down hill. Their food quality has become horrible. The French dip I had earlier last month was disgusting and the bread was hard. I will not be going there any longer and will be going to Jimmy John's from now on. I'm currently waiting for the district manager to call me back. Which I highly doubt the manager will even contact him. She didnt seem to care about anything.

We had dinner here and was very satisfied with our sandwiches and soup. Clean, quiet and overall good dine in experience. About $30+ for two which in this economy averaged $15+ per person. I'll say it was worth it.

Walked in and didnt recieve a greeting at all. Sat waiting for my pickup order for a bunch of teenagers to say absolutely nothing or even acknowledge me until i was the only one left in the store.

First time trying FIREHOUSE SUBS, I LOVE IT. The “Turkey Bacon Ranch” was DELICIOUS.. I purchased a small combo! Next time I will definitely go bigger for my sandwich😇 Will definitely be back by the weekend
