Order the new BBQ Cuban sandwich online and set it for pick up at 12:20pm. I got there around 12:25pm & wasn’t ready a little after 12:30 it was ready. Got back to my office and it was not the correct sandwich I ordered. I guess I got someone else’s order. Had my name on it as well. And I paid a more for the one I ordered because the one I got was a cheaper sandwich. Hopes blown away because I really wanted to try the new one! Ugh

I swear the amount of times I have come and they never seem to do it right. I asked for extra pickles instead of chips and my boyfriend asked for extra too and they literally didn’t give us any. I placed a online order a while back and I got a combo and called them and asked if I could get pickles instead of chips they said yes, when I picked my order up I didn’t have time to look at it but I asked if they put the pickles in there and they said yes, but they weren’t yet again.

Second time I have ordered from here at the mesquite location to have them not make it right. Then they gave me a cookie, be happy about it. Takes me 20 min drive from east dallas plus gas, back and forth. Guess be my last time here as bad as McDonald's messing up your order. Would not recommend highly.Parking: Because of in a high commercial area with at&t and fedex it is extremely hard to find a place to perk,had found one in the back parking lot.

And an additional bonus is they have gluten-free bread!!I always forget to order ahead of time and this place is busy during the lunch rush so my only complaint is really on me.Dietary restrictions: Yummy gluten-free bread!
We walked into this very nice and clean Firehouse Subs location in Mesquite. The staff was friendly and the accurate with our food order. This was my first visit but will certainly be back very soon. The subs were made with fresh ingredients and they were very tasty. Highly recommend this location.
