I love the variety and freshness. The staff is always nice and helpful. This is just what I am needing to stay on track with my health journey. My favorite meal is the ground turkey, green beans, and brown rice with teriyaki sauce

Love the concept and the smoothies are really good. I have not tried the food yet. You can barely taste the protein
I do wish the provided the macros at least online for those of us that are tracking. Hopefully they make that update soon.

I checked the website before reviewing and there are no macros/calories listed. The mesquite location does have some of the items, but the list is not updated. I even asked the young man at the register and he could not tell me the info for the smoothie I needed. I hope everything is updated soon!

"I had a terrible experience at this place. I ordered food, and despite being present, I waited a full hour without anyone saying anything to me. When I finally asked, they told me they had forgotten my order, all while I was sitting right in front of them waiting. The lack of communication and customer service was truly disappointing. I can't recommend this place, as they clearly don't value their customers' time."

Dietary restrictions: I got the Turkey Burger which was excellent. They made sure it wasn’t cross contaminated due to my Alpha gal.
So glad to have healthy options that accommodate my restrictions!

I want to love this place because I’m impressed with the concept. My smoothie was impressive because it contains no added sweeteners and I can order smoothies from no where else because of this. However I ordered 2 salmon bowls and the salmon was too salty to consume but the concept was good. My son enjoyed his bison bowl. Also the gentleman who rung me up was really friendly.

During my visit to Fit Factory, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by your staff. Despite the busy lunch rush, the team members were efficient, attentive, and displayed a genuine willingness to ensure that my order was taken accurately and promptly.

What truly impressed me was the level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by your staff throughout my visit. They were patient in addressing my questions, accommodating in fulfilling my requests, and consistently maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude that made my dining experience a pleasant one.

I passed this place so many times never tried it today I tried it and let me just say the next times I drive by this place it won’t be me passing it will be me stopping every time there delicious! And on top of that not to pricey the food to me is portion for you pretty good . 5 stars for me !!!

Just left the one in Mesquite for the first and last time! My husband and I walked in and was never greeted by the staff. I should have walked out but I chose to order. I ordered the veggie wrap with beyond meat. The added price on the menu for $1.99 extra for the wrap. After paying, I noticed they charged me $2.99 for the beyond meat. I asked the staff why i was charged $2.99. The first kid said that it's the way it rang up. The menu clearly states $1.99. I then ask an older man and he stated that it's because the wrap does not come with beyond meat. It's clear that it does not come with meat but extra for $1.99. He then stated his boss told him it wad $2.99 instead of $1.99 as it is on the menu! Never will I patronize that place again! I will also let others know since a couple of friends wanted to know how the food taste. They are racking up by not honoring the menu prices and inflating the price once an order is placed! Never again!!
