You should be ASHAMED of yourselves representing five guys in this manner. My ENTIRE ORDER was COLD and STALE with a fully MELTED MILKSHAKE and don't blame it on the delivery because I timed the order from pickup to drop off. WHY? WHYYYYYYYY? I don't get it, if you hate your job, quit and do something else that will fulfill you but PLEASE stop with horrible care twds your customers and the food that you're serving them.

I went for lunch. The food was amazing and they give you lots of fries. The place was clean and inviting. Only thing I wish they would make combos, buying each thing is a little pricey.

I've never been here before tonight... Thought I'd try it out after working all day welding in the heat... Etc... However... I work for a living and can not see myself spending excess of almost $30.00 for a burger fries and shake meal! Sorry... Burgers alone are going to run you $10+ Burgers $6+ Fries $6+ Shakes That's 25.00 + or - per person!! There are not any meal deals here everything is separate! Maybe if I worked per hr instead of per piece with my blacksmithing and if I got a weekly paycheck... Maybe. "Big Maybe"... Lol. Sorry but I passed on this burger place and chose Griff's instead.

The most expensive Burger of my life. $23 dollar with tip ? I ask myself if the people there is getting hourly paid why they ask for tip. It should not even be on the screen the tip request. Once the burger was serve the bread was cold, the fries were cold as well. We have to ask if they could change the bread, they did but the burger was blende. I heard they are good burgers but I was so disappointed ☹️

Terrible experience! I took my son to five Guys and ordered two burgers fries, one drink and shake, which cost $50. When I received my burger, none of the toppings were placed in one of the burgers. When I took the burger back to the front desk, the guy goes and hands me a tray with some lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles in it and asked me to fix it for myself. There was no dressing or mushrooms offered. I did not want to make a scene because my son was with me and so I walked back calmly to my table. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldn’t be paying $50 for a burger. Absolutely terrible restaurant!

The last time I had Five Guys was 7 years ago and I remembered it being delicious. What I got today was just disgraceful. Bad drive through is better. The beef tastes watered down and has no seasoning, and they were super stingy with all of my toppings. The bread doesn’t have good flavor and doesn’t even taste toasted. Maybe they soaked the bread in too much butter and didn’t toast it long enough… all I know is it was honestly soggy and nasty bread. So few grilled onions I couldn’t even taste them. I only get a pickle every third bite. Lettuce was limp. Mayo? Almost not there and is lost in all the other sogginess. The one thing they were generous with was American cheese. Bacon cheeseburger? Yeah, no bacon to be found. I honestly don’t know how a burger could be messed up this badly. I couldn’t finish it.
