Ordered my lunch through the drive thru, and I’m glad I checked my order before I got back to work. They gave me ICE COLD JALAPEÑO POPPERS. That wasn’t the worst part. I turned around and went back to correct this. The nonchalant attitude of all the employees inside about this inconvenience bothered me. The manager just tossed them in the trash, didn’t apologize just barked at the cook to drop another order. As I’m waiting, a lady walks in to pick up an order she placed online. The manager handed her the drinks. One was overfilled, and leaking everywhere. From the lid, soda on the side of the cup and everything. She simply poured the overflow into the trash and handed the lady the cups. Did not even bother to wipe the sides of the cup before she handed the cup over. Customer service here was at an all time low. I’ll never return to this location

The young lady at the counter was a breath of fresh air! She was pleasant and very helpful with a wonderful personality. The manager offered to make my food fresh with only a 2 minute wait. This location has excellent service!!

This is my neighborhood golden chick and I come here often. I had Aaron the manager take my order today and it was quite the pleasure meeting him. He’s super friendly, great energy definitely made my night much better! Appreciate you Aaron!

Hate is a strong word but I really dislike going to this place. Even though it's closer for me to go to I've driven farther to buy food from Golden Chick. I haven't been to this one in over a year and I decided to go here once again hoping it would be better but no. They are rude, unpleasant and act as if they are doing you a favor. So I ordered a 9 piece Wing with fries. The cashier wasn't friendly at all and did even speak. Once my order came the sauce wasn't in the bag so I stood there for about 3 minutes trying to get someone attention. One person came and asked what I needed I told her and she walked off . Never came back so I'm still standing there. So she tells the one who waited on me and she says what do she want. I told her I asked for the sauce and seasoning. So she just keep doing something else and I repeated myself and then she walks off and say Jesus ??. I then let her know this is part of her job and this is why I hate coming into this place. Never, never again will I spend my money here. I could understand a little if it was really busy but there was only 2 people there eating their food.

I ordered the catfish and shrimp platter. They gave me the SMALLEST peices of fish I’ve ever had in my life at a fast food restaurant. I paid over $40 for the meal as well as 8 jalepeno peppers. I asked for hot sauce and ketchup. Didn’t get any in my bag and no utensils to eat my food with. I will not be going back to that location specifically.
