I love Griffs!!! and this one is on point. Very nice store and the employees where kind even though they where SLAMMED . As for the food , BEST Griffs burger yet and thats saying a lot . Did I mention I love Griffs ? Please bring Griffs to Sherman Texas !!!

Absolutely love Griff 's. It's delicious food for a great price. And we haven't had an issues really. We did have an issue this evening. To be fair, we came 35 minutes before close but when we got up to the speaker we were told they were closed. There were a few cars ahead of us in the drive thru but definitely not enough cars that they would be cooking all the way up til close. My husband did respond in a shocked and confused tone. There was some chatter on the mic and the guy came back and said that they could take our order. Then more chatter with another change they he actually couldn't take our order because they ran out of meat. And then proceeds to say that the manager was saying we could still take orders but the cook came up and said they didn't have any meat. I understand that it was close to closing on a Saturday. I work in the industry and know it sucks when someone comes in late but we still do the work. But my husband and I were getting in late and needed food and wanted to go to our favorite burger place. We'll still be going back but the situation all felt very much like we were being lied to. I hope management or someone higher up sees and is aware. November 30th 12:25 am management and staff

The manager on staff today was very rude. My mother was on her lunch break w colleagues from CITY OF DALLAS and was told ten minutes for bacon to be done after waiting more than 10 minutes which turned into 20 my mother went back to the counter n she began to scream at my mother. I work in customer service and to see a manager act as such is ridiculous 11/24 is the date of my mother visiting n it was also embarrassing for her colleagues to hear how nasty the lady was. Please hire better ppl to represent your place of business if she did not want to come to work today r like her profession it's best to find something else. Will be calling corporate aa well.
