Im here today on Veterans day I ordered 10 piece breaded half hot half 3 mild and food came out cold n very little sauce the fries were white not done all the way if I could rate the service it was horrible AND WHEN I CAME IT WASN'T ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THERE SO GO FIGURE THIS LOCATION USE TO BE GREAT IT'S NOT I THINK ALL THE HOOTERS HAVE WENT DOWN HILL I WILL NOT BE BACK

Absolutely horrible experience. The service was painfully slow — we waited forever just to get water, and even longer for our food. When it finally came out, there was a hair in my meal. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. The staff didn’t seem to show empathy except to say maybe it was a string but yet their cook wasnt wearing a net nor a hat though they did offer to remake or take it off. The whole place felt unclean and disorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The margaritas tasted like a icee slush no taste of flavor or liquor i sent one back and got a different one though the next one i shouldve just saved my money. Save your time, money, and appetite — go literally anywhere else.

Great experience with the staff and excellent service. I've been coming to this location since I was 18 years old. I just wish they hadn't gotten rid of the Bentley wings.

Sob,,, good food but the freaking LOUD TV!!!, are this people deaf??? If you're planning to have any kind of conversation with someone else, this is not the place for you! The tv was so LOUD, the waiter couldn't hear my order, for us (party of 6) will not be going back anytime soon.
