Came in around 5:00 pm and sat at the bar area with my wife. Was there 15 mins and not one person came to greet use or take our order. Business was slow. The girls were too busy putting on makeup, flirting, or on their phone. As my wife and I were getting up to leave, the manager, I assume, walked right past us to three guys standing at the podium and apologized they they had to wait at the podium for 5 mins. Again, it's not a single word to us. SO WE GOT UP AND LEFT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and even WORSE ATTENTIVENES at this location.GO TO THE ONE OFF BASS PRO IN GARLAND INSTEAD.

Told me it was happy hour when it wasn’t, I ordered 3 beers and it came out for $30 for just the beer. They comped out appetizer and kids meal but it was still 76 before tip. The men’s bathroom was gross, the women’s bathroom halfway didn’t work. The waitress didn’t want to be there, would not recommend. Go to the Olive Garden next door, it would 10/10 be much better than the time we had here. Ruined my entire hooters experience, what the heck :(

I ordered chipotle honey shrimp and curly fries. Nasty, nasty, nasty. I ordered the same thing in Austin and it was amazing. I could only eat a few bites of both. Threw it away before I even made it home. Waste of money.

I love hooters but this location is the worst hooters I’ve ever been to! It’s like every time I go the service I regret it more. For me to sit here and make a review that says everything. It starts with the managers they don’t know how to manage. And the servers are trash with no training. They are lost. Every single one will always get your order wrong. First of all they take 10-20 minutes to finally come to your table and take your order. Or you have to ask where your server is. They still end up getting your order wrong. They will disappear to the restroom or who knows where and never come and check on you unless you are a man. Appetizers are always wrong or never come out. Food is cold or to salty. Plus it will take years to finally come to your table. Managers could care less when you mention it to them. I worked in the service industry and could never be that bad at my job. It’s a very simple job. But the servers with their attitudes and stank face could care less. Unless you are a man these girls will not come to your table. But you will see them all up on the tables with men at them. I get you are trying to get tips but could get better tips if they actually did their job. I will never go back to this location. Service is trash, food is trash, management is trash. Tables always need to be wiped down. I hope management sees this or corporate! Because do better!!!!!!!Came back to edit after seeing the rest of the bad reviews. I left hungry from not getting my appetizer and the baby wings they are serving.Also the last time I went to this location one of the servers was very slow and seemed like she was on something or drunk. I even asked her manager if she was okay. Someone from corporate needs to pop in this location secretly. They need new management and new servers they are bringing this location down.

Website stayes it closes at 11pm , but bartender and the establishment claims it closes at 10:33, but the door claims it closes at 11 on Sunday, must be a franchise and confirms why i go out of my way to garland. #
